Hello! My name is Josh, but my online friends call me Kyle. Or Kyosai, Locke, Carl, Jerry, or a number of other varied and strange nicknames. I don't mind. In fact, I enjoy it. Variety is the spice of life, they say.

I have a strong admiration for open-minded people, especially those that are able to recognize their own wrongdoings and make a conscious effort to improve themselves. More than anything, I find a smiling and harmonious nature desirable. In friends, in lovers, in everybody. I pity hatred and mourn chivalry. I do not discriminate based on sex, ethnicity or creed, only bigotry, willful ignorance and poor personal hygiene. That last one isn't as volatile, but, y'know...Soap and water, everyone...

Although video games make up the bulk of my experience, I dearly enjoy my time spent outside in nature or with people gaining new experiences and memories to reflect upon for the rest of my existence.

I am beta as fuck, and very proud of the altruistic role I've been given the honor of continuing. For those of you familiar with League of Legends terminology, I enjoy playing the support or jungle roles because I'm put in the best position to ensure my team's success.

I really enjoy Japanese culture, the middle ages, philosophy, and this.

Working in the video game industry, playing video games with my friends and family, going back to school in the fall to improve my Japanese, math, etc.

I live with my parents, three cats, my dog and a ferret in the house we've lived in for 21 years, and while I'm not opposed to living elsewhere, especially on grand out-of-state adventures, I'm pretty happy right where I am in sunny San Diego. :P

I'm a martial artist as a means of keeping myself interested in survival, and I'm training so that I can ward myself and others from harm. I'm a pacifist now that my teenage angsty years are done, so I've learned to restrict movement without leaving permanent damage. :3

One day, I want to visit and train in Japan. Maybe even work for Nintendo. The future is an uncertain thing; I'd rather live in the present.
