Puns. I've got a really dry sense of humor, but definitely puns are in there.
I make a good vegetarian chili.
Oh and Pool. I can shoot with either hand very well.
People who do sign language say I'm a really expressive talker with my facial features and hand movement and body language. I'm excited about that.
I've got a man crush on Ernest Hemingway. The man could do no wrong for me. I know that's not a bold statement, but it's a statement. Camus has written some stuff I connect with really well. I read about a book a week and plenty has stuck out but it's not the focal point of my life really. Kahlil Gibran is great sometimes. I'm also in a weird relationship right now with the beat generation. I'm not a fan, but occasionally in all that non-sense I'll hear something solid like "Everything is holy! Everybody is holy! Everywhere is holy! Everyday is in eternity, Each man is an angel!" and I'll be like oh that was wild and I liked it.
The Life Aquatic is my favorite. Little Miss Sunshine, Interstellar 5555, The Truman Show. I spend a lot of time watching really campy films like The Diary of Anne Frankenstein, Ah! Zombies, Rubber. I have a netflix account and usually just put on random films to sleep to.
The Twilight Zone; Rod Serling is one of my favorite people.
Parks and Recreation, Home Movies, Sheep In The Big City (for the incredible amount of puns and oxymorons), Regular Show, 30 rock, Comedy Bang Bang, Breaking Bad, Twin Peaks, The League, It's Always Sunny. Netflix you know?
This is the one hobby I spend money on, I love music. Used to be a music major. Recently I've been into The Growlers, JC Brooks and The Uptown Sound, Tune-Yards, Father John Misty, Titus Andronicus, Broken Social Scene, The Magnetic Fields, Neko Case, The War On Drugs, Beach House, Destroyer, Camera Obscura, Tame Impala, Bruce Springsteen, etc... It kinda depends on my mood you know? I've been on a month long Yo La Tengo kick too.
Jeans. I've never been let down by jeans.
I'm not that picky honestly as long as I have something to do with my hands. Stuck without these things I'd just make due and learn to love the coconuts and palm fronds on the desert island. Then when you ask me this question a year later I'd probably say I can't live without the coconut and palm fronds. Oh the palm fronds.
Deep sea exploration.
I suppose I spend time to figure out what I'm doing with, and how I feel about, my life. I just moved out to here where I know no one and I'm poor. I wanted time and space and nothingness. I got it. I'm using it. I like it. It's just alot to think about.
