Your Notes
Edit your notesI am not someone who, fits into, and three boxes.
My Self-Summary
A sense of humour is probably the most important thing to me. Although, I must admit, you wouldn't think so by reading this profile. Sorry about that. Conan O'Brien, Seth Rogen, and Jason Segel examplify my sense of humour.
What I’m doing with my life
I’m really good at
The first things people usually notice about me
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
MOVIES: SOO Many. Princess Bride(don't scoff), Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Superbad, Knocked Up, American Beauty, O Brother Where art Thou, Snatch, Moulin Rouge, Clerks, Chasing Amy, Mallrats, CLerks 2, 40 Year Old Virgin, I HEART Huckabees, Road to Perdition, Pans Labyrinth, Choke, HotRod, trainspotting, The Quiet Man, My Fair Lady, Nightmare Before Christmas, Cabaret, Quiglet Down Under, Ridiculous Eighties' movies, and soo much more.
MUSIC: Pretty much anything, not much into rap, hip-hop, or country.
TV: Arrested Development, The Office(English and American), Flight of the Conchords(HILARIOUS show), Invader Zim, The Venture Brothers, Home Movies, Conan O'Brien, MadMen, Aqua Teen Hungerforce, Freaks and Geeks, Undeclared, Kids in the Hall, Family Guy, Dexter, Cowboy Bebop, How I Met Your Mother, House, I don't really watch TV anymore. Its not important enough to pay for. I just buy DVDS
FOOD: Oh, how I love food! No matter how poor I am I always save some pennies for delicious food. I like International cusine. Recently I've been experimenting with interantional fusion. Using Oregon's vast seasonal resources, and combining the flavours of India, or Spanish flavours. I love vegetables too. I eat them every single day. I can, and do, eat tomatoes like most people eat apples. food is a big deal for me. So much so that I'm willing to spend $29,000 to learn everything I can about food, and restuarant management.
The six things I could never do without
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Actions are judged not by intent but by the consequences
The result, good or bad, then becomes the motive
The result and not the the motive
Then decides the nature
Nature can't be held responsible because its based on the results long since past
Not intent
Therefore man can't be made by his:
Nature
Actions
Or the effects
Only the motive
So is the error of responsibility
Based of the freedom of free will
Can a man be blamed for his actions
if they're done out of necessicity?
Who decides what's necessary?
Should a man feel guilty of his actions
if the intent was good and/or necessary?
It is only because a man believes himself to be free and resposible, not because he is free, that he feels guilt and remorse. Although there are many who do without experiencing those pricks of conscience and still belive themselves to be responsible and exercise free will.
Noone is resposible for their actions, Noone for their nature. To judge is to be unjust, Even when one judges himself .
Should one do whatever they please without thinking of the consequences?
YES and NO
Act on intent and necessity
Can one abandon all learned customs and moral practices?
What do you deem necessary?
That's up to you.
