My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
To my future Husband,
Let’s see about me, I generally tend to be pretty happy and try to always see the optimistic side of things. Do I still get annoyed, mad or sad at times, of course but I try not to dwell in them for too long. I like to think of myself as the guy who keeps his cool in most circumstances, and I am pretty laid back.

I was brought up to think if I want something I have to earn it or find a way to get it myself. I don’t have the attitude of its expected. When I was younger and got my first car, I had to pay my own insurance, gas, and do all my own repairs. At the time I hated it, but looking back on it I am very glad my parents made me do it. I think it taught me to appreciate things and not take them for granted. I love to help my family and friends where I can, but I will admit I have trouble sometimes asking for help for myself. I can be stubborn at times, pending the topic.

I would like to think of myself as a little bit old fashioned with an influence of modern day thinking, and a flare of sarcastic, quirky sometimes nerdy humor. I believe in holding doors open for strangers behind me (men and woman), showing respect for my elders, and saying please and thank you. I do think respect is a two way street and it is something that is earned. I have old fashioned values and have that dream of getting married to my Best Friend/ Prince Charming, buying a house together, and raising a kid or two together. Building family memories, and going on adventures together. Not that I have a set date in mind for any of this to happen of course, I want it to happen naturally within the relationship. That said, they are deal breakers for me! Having a family and kids is something I really want and think I can be really good at. Does that mean we will never do getaways just the two of us, of course not, but kids are in my future, I hope you are too.

As to interests and things I like to do. I like to try and cast a wide net in this area. Though I don’t always get to everything I like to do, I try. I like to be pretty active, and health is an important component to my lifestyle. I plan to see the age 100 and still be walking around on my own steam! I coach and do CrossFit, and sometimes compete. I have come to learn not to let CrossFit run my life and be CrossFit overload but it is something I really enjoy and have made some really close friends through it. I also work for Disney so in return I enjoy the Disney Theme parks & Disney movies. It’s kind of a requirement when you’re hired (LOL). I also like just about anything outdoors, such as Mud Runs, I’ve done the Spartan races several times and the Tough Mudder twice. I also really enjoy going to museums and art shows, and I am a big fan of theatre and Broadway. I love to try anything new, for example earlier this year I went to a Japanese Tie Tying workshop and had a blast.

I know this is just a glimpse into who I am, and there is still so much more. Though I hope you have made it this far down and that I have at least caught your interest. That way I hope we can meet in person and discuss more about each other face to face, and see where it leads us. Hope to meet you soon,

How to learn from my past, enjoy the present, and look forward to the future.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually Friday night is movie night and time to relax a little. Maybe cook dinner a glass of wine and put on a movie or catch up on a TV series.
Sometimes go out to dinner with friends. Like to keep Friday night low key.
