My self-summary
My name is Lamont. I've lived in Northern Virginia since I was 7 years old. My parents moved to South Carolina after I graduated high school, I chose to stay here and I've been on my own ever since.

I like traveling to new places and doing it as often as I can. I play flag/tackle football every Sunday morning. I go fishing and kayaking when it's nice out and I plan on going sky diving sometime in the future.

I'm really into learning new things. I'm into quantum physics, psychology, politics, history, religion (I am not religious at all), philosophy, survival, mysteries of the universe. I pretty much want to know everything about everything.

I like going to museums, zoos, clubs, bars, all sorts of places. And would like to find someone that enjoys exploring what I like to do, and will introduce me to the things that they enjoy.
What I’m doing with my life
Currently I work for an AOL contractor Monday through Friday. I'm also writing a screenplay. It's something I've wanted to do for a long time and now I'm pretty close to finishing it.

*Update* I finished that one a few months ago and I'm working on a new one! I hope to finish it before the end of the year.
I’m really good at
Fishing, Poker, Problem Solving and Making People Laugh. Sometimes while doing those things.
The first things people usually notice about me
Well, I wear really tight pants. So it's pretty hard for people NOT to notice my package first.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
My favorite books: The War of Art, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Physics Of The Impossible, Physics Of The Future, The Art Of War, Screenwriting For Dummies, The Vampire Lestat, The Tale Of The Body Thief, Memnock The Devil, I Had Seen Castles, Interview With A Vampire, Freakonomics, SuperFreakonomics.

Movies: Tombstone, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, The Avengers, 300, Taken, Forest Gump, The Princess Bride, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Talladega Nights, 40 Year Old Virgin, Big Trouble in Little China, Blade 1-2, Ghost Busters 1-2, Serenity, Troy, From Dusk Till Dawn, John Carpenters Vampires and about 1000 more. I love all kinds of movies even bad ones and I want to write them one day. (Not bad ones)

The six things I could never do without
Everyone puts the most obvious things here and we all know what they are. The one thing I can't do without is my sense of humor. No matter how bad things get, or what the situation, I have to keep it.

I like to have gum and Chapstick on me too. But I could probably go without those... Probably.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
1) If this is the only or even the first Universe?

2) Will humanity make it to being a type 1 civilization, or will we destroy ourselves? (Read: Physics Of The Impossible by Dr. Michio Kaku)

3) The dozens of TED talks I've watched.

4) How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop? The world may never know...
On a typical Friday night I am
Everywhere or nowhere at all. I don't really have a typical one.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Sorry, can't say. I'm an international man of mystery.
