I'm an L.A. native and I still love this awesome city we live in. Whether I’m hiking in the hills above my apartment, driving out to Malibu, perched somewhere above downtown with a glass of wine or sharing a meal with my family in our backyard, I know I’m lucky to live here and I’m just looking for someone great to spend my time with.

I work for a contemporary art museum and love what I do (most of the time). It's the perfect combination of my interests and making a living. I run the membership department and spend my time planning different events and cultural outings for our members.

FOOD is my thing: brussels sprouts, seafood, burrata, nachos, breakfast sandwiches, lobster, champagne, french fries, Parmesan, cherries, blueberry pie, lentil soup, kale, eggs from the Farmers Market, cereal, corn bread, dirty vodka martinis, sweet and salty, peanut butter, coffee, avocados, oysters, chocolate souffle, green tea, hot sauce (anything spicy), and green olives. I could go on...

I don't eat red meat or pork but don't if mind you do, though be warned I have never cooked either of these.

TV: American Horror Story, Parenthood, Breaking Bad, Downton Abbey, Arrested Development, Basketball, Southland (so good), TCM, and the news.

BOOKS: Just read Wild by Cheryl Strayed, it was awesome. Also love T.C. Boyle, Marisa Silver, and other southern California writers, cookbooks, and the newspaper.

What to make for Sunday dinner.
Being grateful.

On Friday nights I could be home making dinner and watching movies. Or out to a new restaurant with close friends. I'm usually up for a weekend trip too (the desert or SB anyone?). I also work occasionally on weekends...so you never know. I'm always up for trying something new.
