My self-summary
My name's Mike, the LDSJediMaster, I'm 24, neurodiverse, and pretty awesome! As should be be apparent, I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I'm I huge geek/nerd. I'm a member of the 501st Legion, a non-profit organization where we dress up in movie accurate Star Wars costumes and do Charity work. It's one of the most rewarding groups I've ever been involved with. I'm a HUGE gamer, formerly 360 now mainly PC. My current favorite games are Elder Scrolls Online, Crusader Kings II, and War Thunder: Ground Forces. I'm also a huge military history buff, I read books like the "German Way of War" and "The Second World War: A Complete History" for fun. I have many other interests as well, these are just the Big 3 for me. I get the impression that I'm a likable guy as I've met very few people who seem to genuinely dislike, so if you want an amazing friend for life, give me a message :)
What I’m doing with my life
Working on getting a job, as well asbuilding, repairing, tinkering, and general learning about computers. I'm hoping to be able to start m th own company building computers. Hopefully I'll be able to have my proof of concept build done before I go to an employment/small business seminar in a month or two.

Other than that I play games, watch Netflix, try to read, and take care of my animals. I have a dog, a cockatiel, and 9 (soon to be more) finches.
I’m really good at
I have a very good memory. I'm also really good at public speaking. I've done 4 speaking engagements with a PhD and I hope to figure out how to do more in the future. I love speaking about Autism and what life with it is like as well as on the importance of neurodiversity.
The first things people usually notice about me
MY BEARD! I love my beard, for it is big, and red, and fluffy!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Horatio Hornblower, Michael Vey, Wheel of Time, Harry Potter, and a lot more than I'm willing to list and you are likely willing to read. I also really like non-fiction books, particularly history.

Shows: Top Gear (UK) and Girls und Panzer are my big ones right now. I'm honestly not much of a TV/Movie person, but I am willing to watch them with the right people.

Movies: Again, not really a movie person, but I really enjoy Star Wars, the Avenger's movies, Hunt For The Red October, and some others. I'm also a huge fan of documentaries.

Music: Great Big Sea is my favorite band, but I also like Flogging Molly, The Young Dubliners, Gaelic Storm, and Weird Al.

Food: The edible kind. I'm actually willing to try a lot of different things, I just don't usually have the opportunity to do so. However I have recently developed a strong like of Sushi.
The six things I could never do without
My Service Dog, Fritz
A good book.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Whatever subject happens to catch my interest at the given moment. Top subjects are history and goals for the future. I also love stories, so I spend a lot of time thinking about different story ideas I have.
On a typical Friday night I am
Hanging out with friends, doing a fire or playing games.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Maybe not private, but definitely important. I'm not here to play games. If I message you that means I am interested in you. If you are not interested in me, please tell me. I'm a big boy and can handle the truth. I'm not interested in guessing, drama, hurt feelings, etc. I just want to meet new people, make new friends, and possibly see where things can from there.

Also, I have Autism. Neurodiversity FTW!
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 18–30
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
If you want a truly epic friend. Or if you think I'm cool and would like to talk. Also, if I message you please have the courtesy to reply, even if it's a simple "I'm not interested." I'm putting myself out there and I can handle rejection. Getting ignored is worse than getting told no.
