My self-summary Propose an edit

My name is Lucien, and I love the smell of books.

I use a wheelchair. I am a T5-T6 paraplegic, the result of a car accident at age two. I also have scoliosis and a non-unioned femur, as an indirect result. If I get to know you and start to feel comfortable with you, you may ask me anything about this, and I will happily satisfy your curiosity. My disabilities are my strength and my mark of honor... I wouldn't trade places with anyone.

I was born in Raleigh, North Carolina. I moved to California when I was 12, to the Netherlands when I was 17, and back to Raleigh when I was 18. I love it here. This is "home," but who knows, maybe I'll move again yet.

Time will tell. :)

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

I graduate NCSU in December. Afterwards I'd like to travel, and then maybe substitute teach in Raleigh.

Or maybe teach English abroad.

One of my favorite activities is hand-cycling on warm evenings through quiet neighborhood streets or forest paths.

D) Almost anything, in moderation. I particularly like Dr. Pepper and bacon.
