My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello, Nola. Your friendly neighborhood hooch slinger here. A little about myself:

Have a deep affection for art, music, theater and film (but unlike a lot of other creative types, I do have an "OFF" switch, relax). I really believe in the power of good performance, quality musicianship and sincerity in art. Also, language stuff. I tutored ESL twice a week at the Jax library for a year and loved it. It's the first job I ever had that didn't feel like work.

I like people, laughing at terrible media, TV programs and keeping clean. I'm a registered Democrat. I believe in being exceedingly polite, ALWAYS, because it's an easy way to make a difference and it costs nothing, requires very little effort.

I also sing, mostly country western. Took a few opera lessons back home last year and I think it's something I want to put more time into, but only as a hobby. Oh, and I love New Orleans so, so much. Really happy to be back. (Ask.)

I do not have any tattoos, but find them attractive on others. I like to dress up and very much enjoy being a girl.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
horseback riding (Western), crossword puzzles, reciting world capitals, applying lipstick, teaching ESL, pub trivia, waiting tables, karaoke.

you want to be friends first, then possibly more. No dudes who shout "Roll Tide!". No meatballs. No social conservatives. This life is short, so let's all promise to never settle and just get out there and go after what we really want, yeah? :)
