I am a happy and fulfilled woman. I love my family and friends and am grateful to love my work. I am interested in a companion of depth and sincerity who wants to travel and explore the soulful life and maybe raise another golden retriever.
I am very happy living in the country and working in the city. I like both experiences and would not be happy with only one end of the spectrum. My interests are diverse. I can be ecstatic to wander around NYC or Paris and equally engaged on a trek in Nepal.

I love my work with people both in individual psychotherapy and in the workshops I lead here and in Europe. I sing and play flute , hike in the beautiful open spaces of West Marin and love to explore all that the city has to offer. Travel is a passion as is the inner journey of the soul.

Being with the ebbs and flows of life, helping through listening and presence, cooking, creating nurturing environments, producing great workshops, playing and singing music of all sorts, giving massage, practicing yoga and enjoying the strange and wonderful graces of life.

Antonia's Line is my favorite movie, followed by the Secret of Roan Inish and Four Weddings and a Funeral. In the last year, I loved Midnight in Paris and The Artist. I love all sorts of music- from Bach and Mozart in the classical realm to old rock, Joni Mitchell, blues and celtic. I'm fond of North Indian music- especially with flute and kirtan. I love to sing along to show tunes and sing in a choir.
Books are fine friends- I'm currently fond of John O'Donohue, am reading The Swerve and When Women were Birds by Terry Tempest Williams. I read the New Yorker and New York Review of Books.
I love mediterranean and Indian food, French bistros and good Italian.

Life- mine, life on our planet, life of people in diverse cultures. I want to be true to my ideals and talents, making it all a better place. I think about how I am doing in that regard.

You are interested in deep conversation, walking in the woods and at the ocean, having fun in the city .
You should love your life, have made choices that celebrate your gifts and talents and want to continue to work in the world. I would prefer that you are open in your communication, value the emotional realm and be well versed in your psychology, having gleaned the wisdom of a life consciously lived.
