My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Thank you for taking the time to read this sentence.
I am your chance to enjoy a beard for a moment and then get back to your life.
Rarely do I send out messages. You ladies receive countless messages and I can get lost in the shuffle, if there's something on here that piques your interest I would like if you would say hi.

I'm more than just a fluffy beard.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Having already died once from a car accident in 98 I have since seen every day as a bonus. I've been studying photography since I was 21, always learning, started out before digital with 35mm film. Photographing concerts, models, sports, political figures, product, and most anything else, except weddings; I'll photograph divorces, just no weddings. All this time I've kept to my self imposed rules where I don't date musicians I've worked with and I don't pick up dates at venues or bars. If you have a rudimentary education about how a camera works we'll have something to talk about.

In my spare time I manage a 30 band rehearsal studio in Warren. We have some national bands, mostly locals. I often edit my photography to live music consisting of a mix of bands of all sorts of genres in the background.

I'll take a roadtrip at the drop of a hat.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Networking, driving long distances, photography, obscure knowledge, historical tidbits, quotes, trivia, explaining complicated things simply, and living the dream.

If you're happy, you're successful. I have my career. I have accomplished a lot of what I didn't expect to do with my life.

I like to play matchmaker with my friends and acquaintances. I've met a lot of people in my circles and although someone may not be suited to my tastes more often than not I know someone they'll click with. I have introduced quite a few couples who have passed they one year mark.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I hear that I'm tall, that I'm thin, I speedwalk. I've been complimented on my cheekbones and jawline. I have dark dark brown eyes. Longhair which I usually keep in a ponytail. These days I get complimented on my facial hair for I have grown a beard for the winter.

I've been told that the people around me are usually smiling and laughing, which makes sense because I like to be happy and to see people around me happy. My friends will come to me if they have questions about how something works or the history of this or that.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Let's talk local music sometime, I'm a fan of American Routes and the premise behind it, I enjoy finding connections of what song lead to what or who influenced who when what instrument came out. Movies I am critical of, since I have worked as stills photographer on only a few movie sets which afforded me the chance to see how movies are made, so I am good at spotting inconsistencies and plot holes. Books, I like the quote "I'd rather read the worst book than watch the best movie. I keep up on socioeconomics, astronomy, wold news and history, but not sports.

(A) Books: Ernest Hemingway, William S. Burroughs, 1984, Kurt Vonnegut, Aldous Huxley, Catch-22, Hunter S. Thompson, Greek Historical Thought, The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy (awful movie, great series of books), Brave New World, Animal Farm, A Farewell To Arms (one of my all time favorite), The Golden Ratio, Shakespeare (I studied Shakespearology in college), random short sci-fi stories, the Dictionary, Encyclopedia, Wikipedia, Reddit, and IMDB. Also it's always wonderful to hear someone say "the book was better."

(B) Movies: Clerks, Glengarry Glen Ross, Election, Airplane!, South Park, Dr. Strangelove, Rushmore, Princess Bride, Leaving Las Vegas, Being John Malcovich, adaptation., This is Spinal Tap, The Blues Brothers, Almost Famous, That Thing You Do, What Planet Are You From?, Life is Beautiful, Akira, Ninja Scroll, The Last Unicorn, Citizen Kane, Chicago, All That Jazz.

(C) Music: Local Music, The Black Keys, Mozart, Disclosure, Mischief Brew, Outkast, Quincy Jones, Verona Red, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Frank Zappa, R.L. Burnside, The Reverend Horton Heat, Portishead, The Fabulous Miss Wendy, The Kills, Orbital, Prince, Tom Petty, Harry Connick Jr., Mirwais, Mindless Self Indulgence, The Elysian Fields, Ok Go, Otis Redding, Digital Underground, Zapp & Roger, Jack White, Gogel Bordello, Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, Pj Harvey, Ani Difranco, Nick Cave, Peaches, Patti Rothberg, Dory Previn, Eels, Florence + The Machine, Murder By Death, Mojo Nixon.

(D) Food: Pizza, Tacos, Spaghetti, Oatmeal, Sweets.
Deathly allergic to all nuts and all seafood, so that is a factor in what I eat and where I eat it.

(E) Television: South Park, Family Guy, Daily Show, Venture Brothers, Star Trek, Star Trek TNG, Connections with James Burke, The Day The Universe Changed.

(F) Sports: I have no interest in sports. "Get the ball! Get The Ball! GET THE BALL! Did you see him get that ball!"
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Light, directly or indirectly. When you look at a bonfire, all the light was once in the sun.
2. Car
3. Camera
4. Mac Computer, to edit my work, and waste time on Reddit (different user name than I have here).
5. Music and it's antitheses silence. My career. What do you feel is the purpose for music?
6. iPhone 5s, I'm textually active.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Life, the universe, and everything.

History, science, physics.

The Singularity and what that would entail. More specifically I think about how I can better myself and the people around me.

Lighting, poses, hairstyles, makeup, and digital editing techniques.

Music theory and history. Obscure bands and songs that shaped what we hear today.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At a concert, on a photoshoot, hanging out with the bands, or editing a previous photoshoot.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have almost been killed by a kiss due to my peanut allergy.

I'm deathly allergic to all nuts and all seafood. So I'm not all that adventurous with eating, the wrong food for me can have life threatening consequences. I've chosen to have a vasectomy mainly because of this food allergy.

On a lighter note, I have a fondness for accents, we all have one.

On a more supernatural note, I do not believe in ghosts or gods.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You are a sleek lady who is low maintenance, loves the arts, is comfortable with her body, can speak in accents, looks to the bright side of life, and is not afraid to swear. Too pretty to play the blues. Just another unique person. Eyes that say "Please don't try to tame me", a body that whispers "Talk me out of these clothes", and a mouth that hardly ever says "I've got drama!"

A fun date would be to both take cameras, shoot the same things and see what different perspectives we have.

If you rather do things and make stuff more than playing video games and watching television then please message me.

I'm always looking to collaborate on photoshoots. If you are competent with a camera, lights, hair, or makeup; we could work together. I do not date coworkers.
