I'm Maria-lynn. (Yep, double first name.)

I'm hoping to make some new connections, and new friends And now I will attempt to introduce myself:

Let's see...I'm tall about 5 ft 8, I have beautiful blue eyes, a big, bright, gum-showing smile, and I consider myself of average weight. I do have some curves, and a bit of a tummy. I am not a model, if you need/want one I hope you find what you're looking for. :) I am happy, genuine, joyful, truthful, I have a really loud laugh that comes from my belly, I'm low key, I can be funny, I'm inquisitive, I'm kind, and I'm gentle.

I'm living it being happy. I want to work in the non-profit sector though. I want to make sustainable change in our social systems.

Asking questions. Smiling. Writing. Reading, Being an activisit. Loving. Napping. Riding horses. I'm learning/trying yoga. Baking rainbow cupcakes. Kissing. Snuggling. Coo'ing over puppies and kittens. Saying what's on my mind. I'm learning to ask for help...
Helping others. Being left handed. Laughing. Giving second chances; we all make mistakes. I do too, plenty of them. To err is human, to forgive and forget shows maturity I think. (That said, I won't be stepped on.) I hope to not step on your toes as well..but if I do, try to forgive me? I'm rather clumsy sometimes...Le sigh. :)

I'm in need of a new favorite book. My all-time favorite is Black Beauty. I love horses, enough said. :) I like stories of all kinds. Fiction or Non-fiction alike. I like Harry Potter. (Nerd alert, and damn proud. thank you.) I love memiors, even though I can never seem to spell the word correctly. Educational/activisty things are cool and totally rad too.

Hmm...Um, tv. Yeah, I watch a little. Most notably are HIMYM, Once Upon a Time, and Greys, I also flit around with "non mainstream" stuff.

Idie music for sure. I'm game to give anything a try though. I do not like rap usually...nor twangy country. A few exceptions are provided of course.

I'm either out doing something fun, or in doing something fun. Or spending time alone decompressing from the week. I think it's important to know how to enjoy your own company.

Please note: I'm in a new relationship. It's NEW, I don't think either of us have any clue as to whether or not it's loooooooong term. However, we are with each other exclusively until (or if) we're not. That isn't happening today, tomorrow, or probably next month either.
