Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I love playing golf and all aspects of my life...I am happy with
what and whom I have become. I see the brighter side of most
situations....negativity is not in my vocabulary. My listening
pleasure comes from NPR and beautiful music... opera pulls at my
heart strings along with the songs of the morning birds. The ocean
and meditation are my places of refuge. Laughter is extremely
important as are my family and friends.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Teaching has been a part of my life for 43 years, I now teach yoga
and meditation at a large yoga studio. Painting in acrylics and
watercolors challenges my ability to truly see. My weekly golf game
with two of my brothers pushes me to want to take up another sport
:):):), gosh I wish I played better. Exercising, eating well,
practicing yoga, meditating, being truthful and laughing are all
ingrained in my being.

being honest. Plants seems to like me and grow quite well under my
green thumb. Most of the time I am quite organized and very neat. I

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Laughter, art, music, good healthy food, exercise/
yoga/meditation.... and of course love. And I must not forget the
theatre and dance concerts....I cannot go without being a part of
the theatre here in the Washington area, it is so fertile.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The purpose of my life, why am I here, how to help all those who
come to my yoga classes....ways to be a better teacher. How can I
