What I’m doing with my life

I'm the manager of a local movie rental. It's a lot of fun when everything runs smoothly. Oh, and trying to get someone to teach me how to play chess.

My laughter. I love to laugh and play. I'm a big kid at heart.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I'm an avid reader so there are a lot of books I adore. The books of Amber by Roger Zelazny, The Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs, *blushes* I even liked the Harry Potter books. But the best I have read to date is Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett.

When it comes to music I'd like to think I'm open minded. As long as it has a good beat. I only draw the line at gospel and gangsta rap.he bands i love are Coheed & Cambria, Clutch, Old Metallica, switchblade symphony, nightwish, Queen, Blues Traveler, Avenue Q, Bass Hunter, the list goes on.

Movies is another broad spectrum for me. I love Legend, Labrynth, the Dark crystal, Nightmare before Christmas, Coraline, Most anything by Monty Python, Wallace and Gromit, Rocky Horror, The cell (for the Cimematography i assure you), Repo! the genetic opera, the Crow, Taken, Defiance, Up, Strangeland, Ravenous, Boy eats Girl, Fido, Shaun of the Dead, Hot fuzz... the list goes on.

The six things I could never do without

A good book, a great wine, a fine chocolate, a strong cup of coffee, SPF 85 or better and a friend with whom i can share it all.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

When do i get off work? lol No, really that's a tough call. I suppose it depends on the day.

On a typical Friday night I am

In comfy clothes curled up with a hot meal and playing my XBOX 360/Wii, or in my bed reading. I know, I'm such a wild child.

I'm a huge dork. I love gaming of all types (WoW, Bioshock, Super Paper Mario, Munchkin) and going to Cons.
