My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
November 2014 UPDATE: I am living in Atlanta at the moment, but planning a move back to Boulder, CO... not sure when, but would like to make some new friends/connections in Colorado on here before then. (Here's a blog post I wrote about Colorado and Atlanta and finding *your* place in the world:
I'm Alyah. I'm a Relationship Coach. I love hearing about people's lives, helping them solve problems, and watching shifts happen in their awareness right before my eyes! I love watching the true self awaken and emerge. I am a healer and coach. I know a lot about chakras, yoga, meditation, and tantra. I also love to hike, backpack, and be outside taking in the sun... the sun is my lifeline.

I grew up in VA, lived in Colorado (Boulder & Denver) for 12 years, and have been travelling around the Wild West for 3+ years. I'm, currently, in Atlanta (since April 2013). My boyfriend got a job here, so here we are! We have an open relationship.

I would like to meet people with whom I can enjoy a great meal and interesting conversation. If a more close/intimate relationship evolves, great. If not, great. I am open to whatever the Universe brings. :D
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am a relationship and tantra coach, teacher, blogger ( I love films and film-making; I make youtube videos on thought-provoking topics to inspire people to live a more awesome-amazing life. I would, eventually, like to give talks on the same topics as my videos (dating, relationships, sex, love, spirituality, making dreams reality) and I intend to hold tantra workshops at some point.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Laughing, having fun, alchemizing negative feelings/experiences into positive ones, being compassionate, enjoying the finer things in life like a good meal. I'm good at listening and hearing people's real meaning beyond their words... I love to talk with people and explore their unique philosophy.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I'm beautiful, upbeat, down-to-earth, curious, very open about myself and my experiences.

~Documentaries, such as: "The Secret", "What the Bleep?!", "Sicko", "Kumare" (about a false guru who went around making up spiritual philosophies and practices and was surprised when he got away with it gathering more and more followers with time; then, to be in full integrity with his "students", he outted himself at the end, admitting it was all a charade. Some of his students were became even bigger fans of his at that point!).

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Sunshine, spending time in nature, my morning alone time before facing the world, affection, music, spontaneity, Burning Man!!!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
healing myself and others, living in a state of unconditional love/non-judgment, creating my own intentional community in Colorado, living sustainably, being less adult and more childlike. <3
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
enjoying a home-cooked meal and movie with friends. Sometimes dancing either out or at home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
