My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
First off, I want to know when I'll be awarded the "Worst Profile Picture of All" award. I love trophies! I'm a happy, down-to-earth, low-maintenance woman. I don't have kids but like them. I have many interests including spending time in my pool, playing Wii boxing, reading, walking, cooking, and watching trashy TV. I love music and enjoy concerts and live bands. I can do the dress up thing for a night on the town or I'm just as happy hanging out on the deck (maybe with friends) grilling and having some margaritas. I like to travel, attend festivals and art shows. I'm pretty open to trying new things. I'm scared of heights but rode the sky lift thing in Clarksville and amazingly, I didn't have heart failure. I'm close to my family, I love my doggy and I enjoy a good relationship with many friends. I believe in having fun, laughing many times a day and enjoying whatever life has to offer. I'm seeing the margarita glass as half full. If it becomes half empty, I'll whip on some gloves and milk the nearest agave and make my own tequila.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm an artist of sorts. I just started a new business this winter and am loving it. I have designed jewelry in the past and plan to move in a new direction with it at some point. I'm just living each day fully and being the best person I can be. I treat others as I like to be treated. I'm a big believer in give and take. Did that sound a bit too saccharine? Well, I happen to like artificial sweeteners - so there! Ha! Whatever I do in life, I have to be able to look myself in the eye in the mirror the next day. Of course, were I a vampire, I guess that couldn't happen. And no, I have no big love for the vampire genre that is popular right now. I use too much garlic when I cook and would be thrown out of the vamp school. I flunked out of Dracula U a long time back. I kept the coffin though.

Basically, I am just me. I feel a lot like Amy looking for her Sheldon.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm able to adapt to a variety of situations. There isn't much that throws me for a loop. I started a new business in February of 2014 and am finding I am actually good at it. I love exploring new things!

I read mostly fiction and have recently developed a serious relationship with free e-books. I'm debating whether or not I'm feeling the love because of the free stuff or because I like reading. You have to admit that FREE is an awesome price. I LOVE trash TV. I watch all the weird shows like Operation Repo, Dance Moms, Toddlers and Tiaras. I find them totally amusing. I like comedies and dramas in the way of movies but am open to new genres. As for food, I like most types and don't really have a favorite. I'm a fan of new country music, soft rock, classic rock, heavy metal, 70's stuff, 80's stuff, some pop and almost anything but jazz. I just can't work up a love for Kenny G but I don't care if you think he hung the moon. Heck, maybe he has some redeeming qualities that you can explain to me.

To me, reading, watching TV or seeing a movie is a good escape from real life. So, I lean toward the lighter stuff. I do enjoy some documentaries and give most things a chance. If you never try anything new, you learn nothing.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Internet
Cell phone
Chapstick
My pool
Good friends, family
Satellite TV
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I think about all sorts of things from politics to world peace to whether or not I should highlight my hair...

So exciting...I did highlight. Try to control your jealousy on that one. World peace has been tossed over for whirled peas.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Depends. I like to go to sporting events, movies, dinner or just go out and about. Or, I might be sitting on my deck watching the stars and wishing I had someone to share the evening with me.

I'm using an online dating site to meet men - don't tell my dad, okay? Other than that, who knows?? Ask. I just might tell you.
