Hi, I'm Laurie Ann. I'm 24, graduated with a BFA in Film (writing & directing). I work in downtown Denver and reside in lovely Englewood. My weeknights are usually spent at Judo practice, or doing an Insanity workout. I also love writing, hiking, guitar, traveling and being outside. I want to go hunting some day. I have 5 years professional experience in radio broadcasting in both Chicago and Denver - I love radio. I've worked on and made many short films as well as Indie feature lengths. I eat healthy, work hard and hold on to all of the positives that life has to offer; hard work, dedication, patience and honesty really do pay off.

I work full-time during the day go to Judo at night. I live alone (currently considering getting a kitty) don't have cable; just re-watch my old DVD's when I want to watch something on t.v.
I just returned from an International Judo competition in Germany which was amazing - Germany has very good beer. I am following my passion for writing/film-making as I recently published a short story on amazon called 'Birdie Nook'
I'm working on a novel and have another short story in the works. I recently started the 'Insanity' workout...it's going smashingly thus far. The Insanity workouts and Judo are kicking my butt! I love to cook and eat very healthy. I never eat fast food and try to stay away from processed stuff as much as possible.

I'm a girl.

One of my favorite books is 'The Stand' by Stephen King. I love movies! I've seen 'As Good As It Gets' a couple hundred times. I love all music except for Jazz, it confuses my ears. I eat healthy, very healthy...don't like processed or preservatives and I love to cook!

Laughter, music, faith, God, love and my 'sound machine' (that's what I call it anyway) that I can't sleep without, it plays the sound of a thunderstorm and rain.

The future, the past, the possibilities of life, food, Judo, writing, Film, happiness, other people, traveling, animals and if I unplugged the coffee pot.
