I am so busy and distractable that it has taken me forever to write much here.

Ok, self summary, what can I say about me?.....I guess the best description would be: I am riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma. I am shy to the point of appearing aloof but when I say that I'm an introvert, the people who know me, roll their eyes and scoff.

I don't notice things. You could cut your hair, wash my car (got in trouble for not noticing that one), write my name in the sky with one of those smoke-blowing-air planes, I promise you, I will not notice. I tend to wander through life wide eyed but unseeing.

I am kind of a bundle of contradictions and non sequiturs. I love the sun but hate the beach. I love to travel but I'm afraid of flying. I love to swim but dislike being wet. I wish I could spend more time spinning with my arms out and my eyes closed, a la Maria in The Sound of Music. There really aren't enough opportunities in life to do that.

I think cupcakes should be their own food group.

I'm also good at identifying songs from movies or movie scores.

Wondering through the grocery store I will hear three notes to the muzak version of some obscure song and be able to tell you what movie and what scene it was in. It's an annoying little talent, really.

Nothing. People don't notice me. If they do notice me, I don't notice them noticing me so I have no idea what might have drawn their attention.

It gave me chills! I also have a weakness for reality TV but there has never been a reality show as wonderfully fucked up as Temptation Island. Loved it!!

When you lose weight, where does it go?

Why is it so hard for some people to be agreeable and accommodating when it comes to little things that don't matter much anyway?

What would society be like if we all took care of each other rather than always looking out for our own best interests?

It's too bad it's not possible to bottle happiness and optimism. I see so many sad, defeated people out there and I'd be willing to share.

Also, I'm a naked mole rat. No really, I have had laser hair removal on all parts of my body below the neck. Having said that, if you're opposed to "hardwoods" you should probably move along.
