designer and a photographer; I enjoy making and inventing things,

Cat's Cradle (Vonnegut), Ham on Rye (Bukowski), What Matters Most is How Well You Walk Through The Fire (Bukowski), The Dark Tower Series (Stephen King), No One Belongs Here More Than You (Miranda July);
Movies:
I tend to forget movies I like, but I have a soft spot for philosophical, complex, independent films...here are some that I like: The Fountain, Me You and Everyone We Know, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Seven, Grapes of Wrath;
Music:
lots of stuff. It varies, almost daily, but some of my all time favorites are Queen and Paul Simon, with recent favorites being Company of Thieves, Iron & Wine, Damien Rice, and The Decemberists;
Food:
there isn't much I don't like. I really enjoy foreign foods, though--indian, vietnamese, and sushi are all at the top of my list.
