My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Ok, where do I start? Terrible at filling this out!

Brooklyn born and raised. It and the people in my life past & present. Whether they are long gone, still here, and the newfound bonds created. The places I've been fortunate enough to travel to. The experiences I've been through. The challenges of life. These are all things that are the very solid foundation from the inside out, of who I am and what made me who I am today.

i'm a faithful, loyal friend. Artsy (whatever that means), creative, adventurous, fearless, head strong, strong-willed, optimistic, determined, hard working, & adaptive. I am also a dork, a geek, and a fool. A child at heart. I am my own person.

I'd liked to think I have a good balance of being responsible, serious and then fun and funny. I am vulgar and not sorry about it. I'm not a perfect person and I am proud of it. I am always learning to better myself. I consider myself to be a student of life.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I say this with some hesitancy because I believe in modesty.

I work in the film industry. I love my job and despite the stress and long hours, I still feel fulfilled in some sense where I am creating and collaborating with like minded people.

I'm an artist (as I already mentioned above, I have no idea what that really means). I've spent my entire life just drawing. Photography has been on and off for awhile but it came back full force over the past few years.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being self sufficient. Open to adapting to my environment around me. Picking up choreography from both ends. Making friends of strangers.

Looking at people and fantasizing about a back story related to them. Then I'd pull out my sketch journal and start drawing them out of memory and create this whole world and history around them.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm not sure this is a question that I can answer. I'm going to just guess that because of my open-mindedness and welcoming nature, that I am approachable and friendly? Talkative, good listener? You decide.

ear candy:
I listen to a lot of genres depending on my mood. Mostly to a lot of hip hop (not the crap that they play on the radio) & house music. I can take anything except country music. To those that need specifics, here are a few: Massive Attack, The Roots, Horace Andy, Miles Davis, Erykah Badu

I love eating in general.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. (close) friends
2. camera & film
3. sketchbook and pencil
4. ID and money
5. music & movies
6. fresh socks & undies

Did I cheat? Because it seems like I did.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
how I've had enough of NYC. I want to get away from it every chance I get. Europe has been my favorite place to go back and forth.

I also like to look at people on my commute or on the street. I wonder what is going on in their lives.

I don't spend A LOT of time thinking about it but, writing this, I am thinking 'what the hell am I doing here on an online dating site??'
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Depending, it could be working, spending time with my friends after class, or just calling it a night and staying in.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I don't know how many times I've re-written my self summary. I feel like an idiot trying to figure out what to say about myself. Blah!

I also don't own (and don't think I ever will) a kindle or an iPad. Rather you'll find me frequenting strand or B&N for actual, physical books!! I am proud of my book collection.

Oh, and I still like hand writing personal letters.

And I love film.

I'm just looking for a like minded gal who shares similar interests as well as new things to share with me as well! Someone who is also looking to meet up and possibly serious if we gel.
