I'm working on my garden, hoping to have an abundance of produce so I won't have to buy as much from the store. I'm striving to be more self sufficient, I have chickens and soon to be booming herb garden, herbs as in thyme, sage and rosemary. Other than working in my backyard I volunteer with small local farms and usually provide free labor and advice for people who need help starting a garden.

I cook and bake quite a lot(No seriously, it's out of control), I was at a nail salon once and the women doing my nails said I simply wouldn't have the skills to make an authentic Vietnamese dish. I'm determined to prove her wrong, although I know nothing of authentic Vietnamese cuisine...

I'm going to a community College, so i can eventually transfer to a four year. I'd like to go to Davis and Major in Sustainable Agriculture.
