I'm a professional photographer who works on the staff of an international non-profit organization. Originally from New York, I have lived in Georgia for a little over 5 years.

Photography, filmmaking, writing, cooking, eating and traveling.

Books: Midnight's Children, Siddhartha, Super Sad True Love Story, and lots more. Salman Rushdie is my favorite author.

Movies: War Photographer, Exit Through the Gift Shop, Baraka, and others I can't think of right now. I tend to prefer more artistic movies and documentaries, but there's nothing wrong with a good comedy either. As far as TV, the Daily Show, Colbert Report, Louie, and I'm almost caught up on Breaking Bad.

Music: Jazz, World Music, and lots of other kinds that are somewhere in between. Bon Iver, Miles Davis, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, and whatever similar things Pandora plays for me.

Food: Always interested in trying new foods. The best food I've ever had was probably in Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Jordan and Italy. The weirdest? In Tajikistan a sheep's head was served to me, and as the guest of honor I had to eat the right eyeball.

My next job; whether to run off to a random country and just relax for a while, while learning a new language; weather writing this stuff after taking an ambien is such a good idea.

On the road.

You like exploring the world, and you want to get to know a globetrotting photographer with lots of stories to tell. They don't all have to be about travel though. We can talk about what's right under our noses too. Which will hopefully be some Vietnamese food.
