Body Type
Atheism but it’s not important
Doesn’t have kids and doesn’t want them
English, Spanish (Somewhat)
My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
First off, I should point out that my profile name really has nothing to do with anything. It was just a random choice I made while swimming today. I watched maybe a dozen or so episodes of I Love Lucy when I was a kid, mostly when home sick from school, but I have no special affection for it. OKC won't let me change it now, either, so there you are.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Writing / playing / recording / producing music. Running a club in the city. Trying to get the most out of life and still squeeze a nap in here and there

Most recently, trying to promote this:
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
The piano, songwriting, swimming, staying up late, crafting cocktails from odd ingredients
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My face? That I'm walking towards them? I know I'm supposed to say "tattoos", but I'm just not gonna
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Can't choose favorites. Like your kids, you love 'em all for different reasons. That's what I hear at least.

Currently listening to:
Lots of Brooklyn bands. Bugs in the Dark is my reigning favorite.

Fever Ray, "When I Grow Up". "Nothing but a heartache" by the Flirtations. "Chacruna" by DJ Fresh. "Dancing Choose" by TV On The Radio. New Boards of Canada and Pretty Lights. "Still Standing" by Pharohae Monch. "Groove Me" by Maximum Balloon. Such a great song. Revisiting early Lupe Fiasco and 80's Ska recently

Currently reading:
Boozehound, The Promise of Sleep, Zen and the art of Mixing. Post Office. Travel guides to India, which I recently committed to visiting next year (very excited). I need some fiction soon

I like movies and food. Often together
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My friends
My fingers

Everything else I think I could adjust to
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I'm going to abandon these questions for awhile and just riff. Everything I write sounds so dour and dry. If you like my pictures, style, etc. and are down to meet for afternoon coffee or evening drinks, hit me up. Or give me a high star rating (kinda childish, right? Why do they even bother with the 1-5 system? It should be an on-off switch), and we'll take it from there. I'm always down to meet friendly folks, so as long as you're decently behaved, I'm sure we can enjoy some kind of beverage together.

Speaking of, they need a drinks category between "socially" and "often". I feel like I land somewhere between those options
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
So I've been doing this thing lately where I don't punctuate the very last sentence of a message. There's something about it I really like, but I'm not sure what yet. Maybe I like the open-endedness of it. Maybe it's because it keeps me from deciding between a corny exclamation point and a frosty period. It's probably just another one of my many attempts to look cool
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have a large collection of Vans Sk8-Hi's in a gang of colors.

On a related note, New York is destroying my shoes
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
-You're up late on a regular
-You're down to go to a local live show
-You hung out with skaters growing up

UPDATE 2/15: This info (favorites, etc.) is a little dated. They changed the 1-5 star rating for example! Good job OKC. Anyways, the song remains basically the same with me, so I'm not in a big hurry to tweak it soon.

Also, I don't message many people nowadays, so it might take a hello to get the ball rolling. But if you're so compelled, please do.
