This seems a little moot since I have so many other blurbs to blab about myself, but, with my back against a wall, I guess I'd say I'm an easy-going guy who loves life. I love reading and writing. I am intensely creative, a very liberating part of my life. I love sports, but tennis is my true passion. I have more hobbies than I can count, but they're not worth jack if I can't share myself with someone.

I just graduated with a B.A. in English and will be trying my hand at a Masters in the fall. I am employed as a Land Surveyor and am currently saving up money for a house. Honestly, though, knowing what you want out of life is not as easy saying it. It is a constant battle, but I am always moving forward.

empathizing. I can always sense when someone is experiencing the slightest discomfort, and I'll go out of my way to ease their pain. However, I am starting to suspect that I do this for selfish reasons; I hate feeling horribly awkward. It might be some sort of vicarious embarrassment. The same kind of embarrassment I feel when a figure skater falls in the Olympics, or, when a singer screws up the national anthem in front of millions. I usually just change the channel in those scenarios though.

I have no ****ing idea, haha... This one's tough. It's hard to know what people really think of you. The cynic in me assumes the worst. And the narcissist in me assumes the best. I guess it would have to be something superficial, like my big nose?

I read a lot; I don't know if I really have favorites, but some that I have read recently that I really like are, Catch 22, Slaughter House 5, American Psycho, The Sun Also Rises, Beautiful Losers.

I love film, all kinds, from blockbusters to artsy. I think I'll have better luck telling you directors I like: Paul Thomas Anderson, Wes Anderson, Christopher Nolan, David Fincher, Charlie Kauffman, Darren Arnofsky and so many more.

Shows: I only seem to watch shows if I have the option to watch a whole season in a day, but regardless Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Parks and Rec, Community, are all kick ass.

Music: All kinds of electronica. Ambient, experimental rock. Some folk. I play guitar, but wish I had learned to play the piano.

Food. Food? Food??!? Food's great... Sushi, Steak, etc. There's a lot of vegetables I don't really enjoy, but I force them down anyways because health and physical condition are important to me.

In no particular order and probably not the top 6:

1. Internet (almost kind of sad, but it is a necessity)

what the next step in life is. However, more of often than not, I end up ignoring my own advice/plans, and wing it (with mixed results :P).

with friends doing something hopefully low-key (dinner, lounge, board games, movie). I don't mind going to a pub and getting a few beers; being able to sit if I so chose and have a conversation is nice. On that note, I absolutely loathe nightclubs despite the fact that I do enjoy dancing, but perchance you may find me there once or a year for a random birthday or something along those lines. Also, I enjoy live music (even of genres I don't particularly listen to), so from time to time, I try to catch a show.

is that I sleep naked. It's a comfort thing...
