What can I say, I'm amazing! Don't believe me? Ask my cat - he freaking loves me! Yes, I love my cat, but I'm no crazy cat lady (yet!).

So, by day I'm a Legal Specialist and by night (at least Monday through Thursday), I'm a learning machine (i.e. I go to law school)! I really do love it - or maybe I just can't imagine myself doing anything less (the jury is still out).

I keep a busy schedule, so I don't get out nearly as much as I'd like to. Hence why I've found myself here (it's hard to meet people when you see the same folks day in and day out). When I do get out, I love to try new things. New places, new food, new people, new everything! (I also like some old stand bys too). But, I've learned recently (maybe a little later than some) that life is all about the experiences! So, I do my very best to find the fun in everything.

Let's see, what else? I'm down-to-earth, not prissy (but clean up well), fake or flaky. I've got a brain between my ears and enjoy using it. I like fast cars and loud music.

Oh, maybe you're curious what kind of people I'm looking for? Now, I could give you all of the regular stuff: great personality, funny, blah blah blah. But instead of trying to make something up, I'll be honest with you. I don't have a clue. But I do know this: I know I like a person within five minutes of meeting them. As a general rule, however, I like people who are charismatic, witty (this comes in many forms, but is on a slightly different level than just funny), who know what they want and go for it, who're honest and down to earth, smart (this also comes in many forms - the ability to hold a conversation is key, really), and - for those guys who are interested in something long term - who likes a girl with junk in her trunk (I've got a big butt and I like it that way). When it comes to guys, I'm looking for one that I can really be myself around. Pretty simple, no?

Trying to be the best "me" that I can be.

Laughing. I was once told I have a laugh for every occasion. :)

Helping. I like to make sure that those around me are happy and well-taken care of. Sometimes, though, I do wish someone would take care of me.

Relaxing. It's an art, really.

Forgiving. I don't hold a grudge.

Seeing people for who they really are/how they're really feeling. I've got an insane instinct for people.

My hair (redheads tend to stick out in a crowd).

My freckles (goes along with the red hair).

My smile (it's normally a permanent fixture on my darling face).

That I'm smart (it's like there's a neon sign above my head - not that I mind).

What was the first thing you noticed about me?

Books: The Dark Tower Series by Stephen King (I haven't read the last couple books, though - so don't spoil it); satirical semi-non-fiction (as of late); do law school books count?

Movies: Anything, really. I'm a sucker for a good chick flick every once in a while. But I also love action, horror, suspense, drama. I'm not picky. Although, I do really like movies with religious backdrops or that really make you think.

Music: Rock, Alternative, Classic Rock, Punk (a little), pretty much any subcategory under the umbrella that is "rock."

Food: I didn't get my girlish figure by being picky about food! :o) I love sushi, thai, italian, mexican, anything! I'm trying to find a really great wine for every possible occasion.

Any of us can live without anything for at least a little while. Air: I can hold my breath for about a minute. Water: a person can go without water for what, a week? More than that? Food: I think I could last longer without food than some. Could I do without these things on a permanent basis? No. And there's the rub: if I give you a list of six things that fails to include those three essentials, I'd die sooner than later and not be able to enjoy my other three choices. And, well, that just won't work for me. :)
