Born in Ukraine (technically, the USSR, but are ya really gonna call me out on that?), moved to New England, grew up with fantastic friends, really active and involved from everything to Scrabble Club (try me) to Tennis and lots of other random things. Went to Boston University, lived in Sydney, and just an overall, really lucky life. My experiences have made me grounded, while also so excited about my future - love spontaneous adventures, traveling, and people who challenge me.

People fascinate me, so give it a shot. I'll find something great about anyone.

Just moved to NYC to pursue graduate school and become a child therapist.

laughing at myself, eating home-made food that others make, reading, charades, amping everyone up for Pub Nights/Boozy Brunches/Live shows, hanging out with kids, watching lots of movies on a rainy day, getting lost, and being happy.

Most recently: pretending like I can play pool and loving every minute of it. You just wait, a pool shark in the making.

I immediately act like everyone I meet is my best friend. Usually makes for a good time, except when I got bit by a Rotweiler when I was three.

Oh, about once a week I'm told that the show New Girl is based on me. You decide if that's good or bad for you.

Big reader. The Little Prince is hands down my favorite, followed by mostly anything by Bradbury. Tao Te Ching, Curious Incident Between the Dog and the Night Time, The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat, The Unbearable Lightness of Being. Always into suggestions :)

Mostly comedies, documentaries, sappy Indie films that make you appreciate life and want to become a hipster, pick up a guitar, and run away with your soulmate. Chasing Amy is probably the movie I could watch over and over again.

I can appreciate any music when the artists are enjoying themselves... Some good old blue grass, funky soul, or anything that makes me feel good inside though, that's the best. I do love me some offensive rap though, especially while pulling all-nighters for exams.
