I am a decent, independent, hard working, lad making his way through life. I was born in East Tennessee and grew up in the Northwest Atlanta suburbs, so I've been local nearly all of my life. I am a very multi-dimensional character. I can either be drawn to something intellectual, or I can be simply focused on something just plain fun. For example, I can find joy and pleasure in anything from a museum to a sports event.

My interests include sports, movies, TV, board games, card games, pool, darts, sci-fi, Facebook, blogging, radio, music, current events, political issues, reading, cats(though I don't have one), volunteering and chatting

I am both a Libra (Western sign) and a Snake (Chinese sign), and I fit the profile of those signs roughly 85%.

I work full-time at a major retail chain and have plans to begin a home-study course (possibly in PC repiar) sometime in the future. Currently I work the overnight shift, but will be moved to evening shift soon.

My sense of humor is a quality others love, as it generates no shortage of laughter from everyone. It can be slapstick, goofy or even strange. I have a wide range of interests, some listed above. I have a very articulate mind and can converse about so many subjects. I am the type of person who examines a question or issue from all angles and form my own conclusion about it.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR...

I want to meet a woman for friendship, one-on-one dating and then and possibly a serious relationship later on.

There are some criteria that I consider must-haves:

1. Local, preferably in Cobb or North Fulton Counties, but am willing to traverse further
2. Common Interests
3. Good Character (e.g. honest, caring, etc.)
4. Attractive IN MY EYES (I'm not picky when it comes to appearance)

Other than that, I'm flexible with a woman's traits. I DON'T have a preference when it comes to racial/ethnic background, religion or size.

I'm employed in a retail and warehousing environment. I've been at my job 3 years and will continue to be there for quite some time.

When I can figure out a plan of action, I'd like to take the aforementioned home study course.

And after I get back to a more normal schedule, I plan to volunteer at a local cage-free cat shelter. I *love* cats :)
