My self-summary
Bullet point time!

- To quote fellow black Jew Drake, "I'm the light skinned Keith Sweat."

- Relocated a year after working and finishing my B.A. in Creative Writing and Film Studies (see also: Basket Weaving and "Stuff" from Fight Club). So yeah, I could talk about movies for hours. Fair warning.

- I currently work full-time doing administrative/data entry work and I contribute to a horror movie blog/podcast. I'd say I rest comfortably in the "nerd" social structure.

- I'm semi-into health and fitness. My weight and eating has always been something I've struggled with and I'm glad to be learning new ways to grow and stay healthy every day. Having said that, I loooove comfort food and will most certainly indulge now and then.

- Other than that, I'm open to what I get out of this, whether it be friends, a relationship, some awesome dates, etc. Also, FYI, I don't take the questions on here too seriously.

- Oh, and I'm an ESTJ apparently.
What I’m doing with my life
Working 9-5 and blogging/podcasting.
I’m really good at
Writing, editing, listening, and Microsoft Excel. Wait, that belongs on my Linkedin.
The first things people usually notice about me
My ethnic ambiguity. I'm apparently (including, but not limited to) Rwandan, Yemeni, Jewish, Iberian, Bavarian, Mexican, Blackfoot, and Cherokee.

- Exercise
- Comfort food (yin and yang)
- Scotch
- Nostalgia
- Macbook
- Hats?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
- My creative, professional, and fitness goals.
- How to casually practice social justice without being abrasive.
- Scotch.
- I'm hungry.
On a typical Friday night I am
Watching movies, eating, recording a podcast, Cards Against Humanity...it varies.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have synesthesia, which basically means I correspond letters and numbers to different colors (A is pink, B is red, 3 is purple, etc.)

One time I got lunch with a coworker who's 2 months older than me and the cashier thought she was my daughter.

If your first Tim Curry movie is representative of your personality, I'm a Home Alone 2: Lost in New York. Not sure what that means but there ya go.

I'm not a fan of Doctor Who and I despise slam poetry. Needless to say, you won't find me on Tumblr.
I’m looking for
  • Guys and girls who like bi guys
  • Ages 18–40
  • Near me
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
You're looking to go do stuff here, i.e. museums, festivals, movies, etc. either as dates or friends.

You're open-minded but willing to debate your opinion, you're smart but don't take yourself ridiculously seriously, you're easy to talk to and just down to go out and have fun.

Also, this quote from an awesome POC user on here accurately describes what I'm not looking for:

"I have little time or energy for cynicism, misguided attempts at 'irony'...While I am extremely socially liberal I have no real interest in angry, hostile Social Justice Warriors."
