My Notes edit

My self-summary

As a Warning: I am very shy about messaging people, just because I don't send you a message, doesn't mean I'm not interested. If you think we'd get along, send me a message, I will get back to you.

My name is Steven, but everyone just calls me TACO, but I'm still good with Steven or Steve.(It's been bought to my attention my screen name is childish and that TACO is slang for a female body part... when I dawned that name, I was too damn young to know this, please don't judge me a sex freak.) I honestly plan on having my name changed really soon anyways (to Edward), so what you end up calling me doesn't matter all that much, I'm used to responding to different names, so it's all good. This is my second profile here, the one before was TACO_the_Pirate. I'm a pretty nice guy, but it's hard to describe myself... I'm 6' and to be blunt, a size 34-36 waist, and am about 200-205 lbs. without it really seeming to be there (NOTE: I am thinning down, I've been taking care of myself a lot more lately, so the prior weight info will probably change), have long brown hair and my clothing of choice is black and I have hazel eyes that have been described as a very earthly color. I'm pretty much accepting of all people and I hate lying no matter the situation. I'm direct and think of myself as very intelligent. Height, weight, background, race, having a kid; none of it bothers me or affects my choice, I go by personality. I'm pretty shy at first, but I open up once I get to know someone.

I'm kinda a nerd, which means, yes, I've played D&D, card games, and still play video games and such, even WoW a little bit here and there, but I'm not like the stereotypical nerd in many ways. I still enjoy getting out, meeting people, running around, and doing some thing, some where, some how.

I'm a Wiccan, and it’s fine if you're not, but please don't try to push your religion on me, I've made a choice that I'm sticking to. Out of the many countries I want to visit, Ireland, Italy, Egypt, England, Germany, Japan and Russia are the main ones. I’m 1/4 Italian, 1/4 German, 1/4 Irish, and 1/4 English. One of my ancestors was Edward Teach, better known as the infamous Blackbeard the Pirate, and I take pride in my entire heritage.

I love listening to all kinds of music, in fact one of my favorite things is listening to my partner, or whatever you want to call it, sing (not necessarily to me, just in general).

I love my art, I’m a bit of a writer and I do sketching; I have a few art books around my room with piles of papers from drawing and writing. I like getting out and about, I hate staying in the same spot (ironically since I play World of Warcraft for a few hours at a time, but I have my cut off time), but I like getting out, seeing new things, meeting new people. I’m always out for a rush I suppose, I can stand boredom for only so long, and then it turns to pranks and bugging people, all in good humor to the point that I get a good laugh.

But I'm looking for that "other". The Ninja to my Pirate, the antagonist to my protagonist, that person that I agree with, but won't run out of topics to talk about.

What I'm doing with my life

That's really hard to say right now. I live for the day, but I'm trying to find a better job, get an education, and get out on my own. Once upon a time, I wanted to become a doctor, specialize in myoelectric limbs, surgery and the works. Problem is, a lack luster high school career due to letting stupid... stuff get in the way, and my lack of... financing, those dreams are slowly dying. Though, I honestly want to help people, somehow, and will probably have to pursue (not that it's a bad thing) my second option, which is environmental studies. (I took a two year tech program called Natural Resources Management, i.e. Environmental Science.) Or maybe my friend was right when he said I should be an English teacher. Who knows?

Sadly, I'm broke, getting ready to either get a second job, or a promotion to manager at Domino's... don't worry though, I'm not planning on making that into my livelihood.

I'm really good at

That really depends on who you ask. I'd like to think I'm good at making people happy and such, and picking up on things quick, but I'm not sure what to put without sounding like I'm bragging... it's a really weird question to have on here...

I've been told I give good massages, and I enjoy doing so.

My writing is something I get compliments on a lot, so I guess that.

Being patient, and remaining calm/calming others.

The first thing(s) people usually notice about me

My long brown hair, eyes, height. Then it's the fact that I'm slightly shy and nervous around new people.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books: The Dark Tower Series, A Christmas Carol. I read plenty, just not a lot of books come to mind. I'm also a big comic fan. (Realizing I've left this part overly blank.) I love the works of Stephen King, H.P. Lovecraft, Edgar Allan Poe, and Shakespeare, (yea, I know it sounds like a cop-out to go with famous authors, but they're famous for a reason).

Movies: I'm a bit of a movie buff, as some people like to call it... I must say I was a big fan of Sweeney Todd, but I’m not limited to just that (though it does speak on my favorite actor and director). Let’s see… there’s Star Wars, the comic book movies (there’s a lot, including Iron Man, and The Dark Knight), The Nightmare Before Christmas, Pirates of the Caribbean, Crash, The Fifth Element, Resident Evil (Zombie Flicks FTW!), Rocky Horror Picture Show, American History X, 300, A Knight's Tale, Se7en, The Wizard of Oz, Frankenstein movies… There’s a lot. I’m a big fan of Johnny Depp and Tim Burton’s works. I’m also partial to Christopher Walken, Will Smith, Hugh Jackman, and Alan Rickman.

Music: I listen to everything. Not a huge Rap fan, but I'll listen to it. It's more about the beat of the music than the genre. I also enjoy a lot of off-beat stuff (old TV theme songs and random things like that are on the iPod.)

Food: It's all pretty tasty, no? I'm obviously a huge fan of Mexican food. And I like Chinese and Italian food. Oh, and apples... by the heavens do I love apples!

TV: (Yea, I know it's not part of the list, but hey...) I enjoy most of Adult Swim and Cartoon Network. House, Bones, Smallville, CSI, Anime, The Simpsons, Seinfeld, Invader Zim, MythBusters.

Old stuff like… the original Speed Racer, old Sonic, Inspector Gadget, The Angry Beavers, Pinky and the Brain, The Addams Family, The Munsters…

…There’s a lot... Honestly the Educational stuff is great, especially the Ancient Egypt and Pirate stuff. So don't be surprised if I want to watch the news, The Science Channel, or The Discovery Channel. I do also watch sports, not religiously, but sometimes they can hold my interest, and it doesn't really matter which sport it is. (Baseball to football to soccer to wrestling to hockey. And I'm a Tampa fan usually, or Florida)

The six things I could never do without

1) Family (Mother and Sister)
2) Friends
3) Pen and paper
4) Something to do...
5) Music?
6) Air, food, water and shelter...

I spend a lot of time thinking about

I think about a lot, pretty constantly too. I love to learn, think, and find things out. Doesn't matter if it's about politics, TV, people, animals, nature, money, books, psychology, religion, past, present, future, my writings, why things are the way they are, music, life, death... the this, the that, the other thing.

On a typical Friday night I am

At Domino's, working. Or trying to find something to do. Yea, I know, it's amazing, isn't it?

The most private thing I'm willing to admit here

I'm a pretty open book. But I will say I'm a shy person, and that I had almost no idea what I was doing when filling this out.

To be honest, just because I don't message you, doesn't mean I'm not interested, I'm shy... and suck at composing messages, just the way things go. If you are interested, message me, I'll respond in some way, shape, and/or form.

You should message me if

You're interested in talking, getting to know me... bored... whatever reason you want.

Carrying on a conversation is a must. And a good sense of humor is always good to have when talking to me.

And aren't afraid of snakes... more so, don't mind I own a snake, and plan on getting more reptiles, and rodents.
