A few years ago I decided to start living my life exactly how I wanted to live it. I got into an MBA program abroad, quit my job, moved over seas and traveled the world for a couple years. Best decision ever. I learned so much about myself during this time and am an incredibly happy person because of it.

I recently moved to San Francisco to put my MBA to good use... and live in one of the best cities in the States! I am a manager at a corporate office of a major global retailer and love my job.

Being an optimist and being incredibly motivated when I make a decision to do something... Example: When I set out to run a marathon a couple years ago I ended up running three in one year.

Physically: My eyes and smile
Intellectually: That I do have a brain and enjoy using it

Books: My mom is a librarian - by default I read everything. I joined a book club my first week in San Francisco.
Movies: I like smart movies with quick moving humor. I like an interesting plot with some twists and love some action.
Shows: I don't own a TV but usually catch Glee and Modern Family on Hulu. I was absolutely obsessed with Newsroom this past summer. (Due to living out of the US for a couple years I lost touch with local television a bit - I would be open to a new series or two!)
Music: I'll put on Pandora and listen to almost anything.
FOOD: All of it. I think food is one of the best things about life. I love trying new restaurants and am looking forward to starting to cook more now that I'm settled.

Difficult... I learned to live without a lot while traveling and it was refreshing! But, for the sake of getting to the point of the question:
1) Incredible friends
2) Running shoes
3) Google Maps on my iPhone
4) Chap-stick
5) Up-to-date passport
6) Optimism

Where I want to go on my next trip. Love. Gratitude. Ways to give back. Food. Training for races. Amazing memories. My family.

I can't say that I have a "typical" any day at this point... Sometimes shopping, or a movie, or happy hour. Dinner at a new restaurant with a friend. Sometimes I'm on a flight for a weekend trip. If I'm training for a race I'm laying low because there is usually a long run on Saturday. Sometimes I need some yoga by Friday night. I like to keep things interesting and feel that too much of a routine would make me claustrophobic.

I'm a pretty open person...
- I still own the blanket I've had since I was born
- I wear contacts so they come out at night and the glasses come on
- There is some vulnerability behind my confidence

We have similar interests. You are liberal and as close to non-religious as possible. Preferably live in San Francisco. Have traveled, strong desire to travel and maybe even have lived abroad.
