I am a teacher, most recently teaching 8th grade science. I like to play video games but haven't had time... I have more homework as a teacher than I ever did as a student!! I am also a Crossfitter (ask me about it) and on a journey to be who I really WANT to be.

I am caring, brainy, and understanding

I'm teaching in a very small elementary school, with aspirations to teach math in a middle or high school. I am also currently re-teaching myself the piano and trying to take photos whenever I can.

I've been told I am funny and have pretty eyes. I am also incredibly friendly.

Books: Anything by Dan Brown or Meg Cabot.
Movies: I am a HUGE movie fan, but haven't had much time to watch them. (I think I'm about 3 years behind)
Some of my all time favorites: Dirty Dancing, Dead Poet's Society, Shag, National Treasure (& 2), all the Die Hard movies, All 6 Star Wars, most romantic comedies and "abc family" movies, and many many more.
My newest favorite movie is RED and I can't wait for the sequel this summer!!

Music: I'm currently addicted to XM 26 (the Pulse) but I also like Country. A few of my faves: Great Big Sea!!, Garth Brooks, Amy Grant, Fun., P!nk, Barenaked Ladies, Buddy Holly (I have a wide range of music faves)

Current TV addictions: I got rid of cable last summer so while I enjoy many of these shows, I dont get to watch them often.
Greek!, NCIS, the Mentalist, Burn Notice, FlashForward, White Collar. House, CSI, Law & Order, Leverage, Raising the Bar.. Jeopardy-- I only ever watch one reality show - Biggest Loser.
