I am an outgoing girl that loves trying new things: day or weekend trips to unusual places, eating at new restaurants, seeing different genres of movies/ plays... In my spare time I hike and run. I love spending time outdoors! But I also can appreciate quiet evenings at home on occasion.
My family and friends are super important to me and I consider myself very loyal.

What I’m doing with my life

I am currently a teacher, but I have plans in the next few years to go back to grad school for my masters in something else. I stay busy by running a few times a week, and spending time with my family and friends. My typical week includes nights at home during the week, and trying out new things on the weekends.

I’m really good at

Listening to people. Almost all of my friends call me for advice or just to listen to them vent. I am also a "helper" type personaility. People open up to me pretty easily, and I love the thought of having made someone feel a little better about whatever situation they are in.

The first things people usually notice about me

My eyes. I've always been told that I have pretty eyes. They are bright green and sometimes can look blue-green. I also love to laugh and have a fun time so that usually attracts attention as well.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

My favorite books are always changing!
I love movies that make me laugh out loud. Some of my favorites are The Wedding Singer (I also like the 80's songs), Taken...

My favorite type of music is top 40's, anything with a good rhythm...

The six things I could never do without

I like to think that I have learned to appreciate things other than material objects. But here are a few of my "must haves" These are not listed in order :-)

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Over the last few years I have developed a deep sense of spirituality, so I spend a lot of time thinking about God and reflecting on if my life would be pleasing to Him.

On a typical Friday night I am

Lol! On Friday's I am typically exhausted from the week, so that's my favorite night to rent a movie and hang out at home.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I have been married before, and have a 4 year old daughter. She is my life!
