My Notes edit
My self-summary
The other day I was contemplating me. Strange, yeah, but I came up with the following: I am am vaguely OCD as a compensation for being ADD. I was the kid with no friends, but now I'm just me. I have seven peircings, a tendency to dress like a homeless hippie or a guy, and rapidly changing hair color. I have a dangerously obsessesed with anything that is Harry Potter related or homo-gay-fabulous and I have a slight fetish for scarves and hair. I become mezmerized easily when looking at things that are arranged by color (beads, towels, crayons) and one of my major life aspirations is to have a spacious bathroom with an entire wall covered in shelves of folder towels like in a department store. I can't remember the majority of my childhood, or really what I had for breakfast most days, but I remember that my fourth grade teacher said I would be a junkie and a drop-out. Some days I still worry that she was right. I enjoy riding public buses, because I get to meet the other strange people who ride buses. People watching is one of my favorite hobbies, because frankly, they are way more interesting, strange and often odd looking then birds.
I consider myself agnostic, because there are only two things I truly believe: Humans are incapable of ever understanding what is going on and we will have all of our questions answered after death. Oh, and reality is an illusion, but if i thought too much about that, I would go literally insane. Like the rocking-back-and-forth-in-a-corner type of insane.
If you don't scare at least one person everyday, you're not doing your job.
What I'm doing with my life
I'm really good at
The first thing(s) people usually notice about me
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
My favorite movies are Con Air, Almost Famous and 1776 (hilarious!) Some others are all of the Harry Potters, Austin Powers, Napoleon Dynamite, The Princess Bride, Blazing Saddles, My Fellow Americans, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, The Producers and Pleasantville.
I listen to mostly classic rock and punk, but have quite the eclectic taste: Elton John, Barenaked Ladies, Tim McGraw, Greenday, Flogging Molly, Blue October, Creedence Clearwater Revival, David Bowie, Billy Joel, Garth Brooks, The Beatles, Five for Fighting, System of a Down, Bowling for Soup, R.E.M., Pink Floyd and anything else someone wants to send my way
Foods? I like southern food. Grits, biscuts and gravy, chicken and dumplings, hushpuppies, fried chicken. And peanut butter ice cream. Gah! Hungry! Didn't have dinner!
The six things I could never do without
2. A clock. It drives me CRAZY not knowing what time it is.
3. Pants. At least if it meant always wearing dresses. I could totally do the nudist thing.
4. My friends. Sounds corny, is completely true.
5. My computer. iBook G4. Has all my music and my pictures, my fanart and fanfiction... I didn't say that last part.
6. A giant purse. Keys, cards, cigarettes, phone, it is a never ending fullfiller of needs.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
