well I'm not big on trying to describe myself. I'm a student trying to find my way in the world I suppose.
I would really like to find someone to spend my time with and be able to get off campus and experience some of the real world outside the university bubble.
I don't want anyone to expect too much right off, I'd rather make friends and let something develop from there.

I'm a third year linguistics student trying to figure out what to do after I finish my undergrad. I'll probably end up doing more school, either grad school or college the decision is still in the making. my goal is to eventually have a disposable income so I can do all the things I haven't been able to yet (buy corsets, learn to scuba dive, tour europe, go to a spa) in no specific order.

Remembering random facts that I've read or scene somewhere (wikipedia and/or the discover channel)

Analyzing random languages (what can i say, i love it)

Making weird unpronounceable sounds from the IPA

Singing karaoke to obscure disney songs

Dancing in my kitchen or any other available kitchen

my height (5'10'')

my sense of humour (couldn't describe it if i tried)

ummmmmmm i haven't really asked people much.

hmmm I like manga and I read a lot of historical romance not going to list specific books, too embarrassing :P

Movies..... I watch a lot of cheesy movies and randomly tend to get an itch for action movies. I really liked the Bourne trilogy (should watch that again sometime)

Music :D I like a lot of different music, I base myself in Rock but i branch out randomly into pop, techno and hip hop and whatever happens to be playing on the radio. I can list my current playlist imogen heap, The offspring, incubus (one of my all-time favourites), Fiona Apple and Our Lady Peace. I have a too many bands and artists that i like to list but this is what I'm listening to at the moment.

food...... used to consider myself a really picky eater, then i discovered seafood. and indian. and chinese. I don't eat these often but when I get that chance I fully enjoy them. also pasta and icecream. (not together)

uhm a book to read
the internet in some way shape or form
a bed (sleeping on the floor isn't very fun)
hmmm..... if we're talking about general survival then food and water....
clothes (i'm a fan)
most people would say their ipod but i don't have one and i frequently forget my cell phone so i can't say that either
oooooo ooo oo! my watch, i feel weirdly naked without it even though i have the cell if I really needed to check the time.

water, I'd love to go swimming more often.......... I wonder what it'd be like to be a mermaid? if I liked biology i so would've been a marine biologist but i was more of a chemistry person (get to make things explode and catch fire)
off topic- that's pretty much how i think a lot of the time. I've very skilled at digressing.

*sigh* sitting here filling out this silly profile so I'll have something to do on a typical friday night.
