My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
All kinds of things fascinate me. Here's a short list: clouds, knots, music, books, city plans, and old things. If I could be any member of the Supreme Court I would be Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

I love to swim, bike, and run and would love to find someone who enjoys those sort of things.

I have an enormous book collection, only 1/5 or so of which I was able to transport with me out here to AZ. Every year that I stay in grad school the collection grows, meaning that I'll probably end up only being able to transport 1/5 of it to wherever I end up next.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working on a JD/PhD program. It's less cool than it sounds...or more cool.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
being a Renaissance man. Meaning that I have lots of skills, none of which serve much of a purpose. For example, I'm really good at juggling, playing the guitar, tying knots, public speaking, knowing the names and causes of every cloud formation. See what I mean?

is that I REALLY like William Shatner. I don't know how that shows, but it does.

Books: Garfield-Minus-Garfield. If you haven't seen it, Google it.
Movies: Bill and Ted
Shows: Northern Exposure
Music: None. Kidding! My music tastes are pretty eclectic, but I'm also kind of a music snob.
Food: If it's not wrigglin', I'll eat it!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Gorillas
2. Books
3. Clouds
4. Abandoned buildings
5. Thai food
6. Nature
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
"How'd the moon get there? How'd it get there?!" - Bill O'Reilly.

Also, a new favorite: "If you see a dog with a furry face, you'll never go to outer space." - Louie CK
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Now that I live primarily in Tucson, my typical hangout spot is Time Market. It's really the best of so many worlds. I mean, how many places are there in life where you can buy groceries, eat freshly baked pizza and sandwiches, order espresso, AND drink craft beer, all in the same space?

When I'm in Phoenix, I usually head to either Casey Moore's or Taste of Tops for a drink or two.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm MORE attractive in real life. Take that, online dating stereotype.

You want to swim, bike, run, or not do any of those things but something else entirely!

I have a thing for strong, confident women. In the words of Dr. Frasier Crane, I'm looking for someone who is "Smart, sexy, and sophisticated." Is that too much to ask?
