Since I was raised on classical music that's what my relaxation mood and taste revolve around. Something like Gipsy kings also does the trick, and I can't resist singing along to Russian and Bulgarian folk songs.
More main stream stuff that gets me worked up in the morning - Clean Bandit, The Staves, Koop, Mika, Paloma Faith, Hudson Taylor (these guys are amazing!), Kimbra...

Not picky when it comes to food, but I like it spicy and with lots of veggies.
