My self-summary
Travelling in my mind and on the road...

Sensitive, with a developed feminine part in my personality, that makes me have more female than male friends.

In love with human relationships, generally speaking. Love to live them, and to discuss about them endlessly, entering into all their incredible varieties and complexities. Which probably makes me have even more female friends!
What I’m doing with my life
I used to write for a travelguide book, which meant going way too often to the restaurant! Now studying wild and edible plants.

What else? Hiking, making grannies fall in love with me, daydreaming a lot...
I’m really good at
Cooking : with someone else is nicer. I tend to use more and more wild plants and seaweed in my cuisine. Almost every day now.

Giving massages, GIVING ENDLESS MASSAGES!!! I can't stop and can't help it, man it's so damn good to give massages! Ok I still easily admit I may give longer massages to the opposite sex! ;)

Listening to people's states of mind (while giving massages, yyeeee!!)

Being lucky!
The first things people usually notice about me
My joyfulness!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Ok, I'm not gonna put all the links of Radical Face songs, but I'm in love with this band!

I love all Laurent Gaudé's novels, Roald Dahl, Thoreau, London, Orwell, polars from Douglas Kennedy, books about travelling and travellers' stories...
Lately, I've enjoyed Sepulveda, as well as the poetic world of Matthias Malzieu, the french rock band Dionysos singer. I loved La Mécanique du Coeur.
Tim Burton : The melancholy death of Oyster Boy and other stories

Movies : Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Weeping Camel, La Cité de la Peur, Pan's labyrinth, Ink, Milk, Into the Wild, Persepolis, Coffee and Cigarettes, quite a few german movies : Lola Rennt, Das Experiment, Das Leben der Anderen, Goodbye Lenin, Die Welle... A. Gonzalez Inarritu, Javier Bardem, Bill Murray...

WHALE RIDER : from New Zealand, story about this little maori girl, unlucky enough to be a girl and to be the last person of her family line, ruled by her very traditionalist grandfather. I think I won't believe you if you tell me you don't cry at the end.

RABBIT-PROOF FENCE : from Australia, true story about three young aboriginal sisters, abducted from their families and sent to a camp where kids were given "white" education so as to get eventually married with a white, and little by little totally erase the aboriginals.

I'm mostly vegetarian and try to eat local as much as possible... and I'm serious about 0% Palm Oil. Apart from that, I'm keen to try everything. And I challenge you to find something that I will dislike... No one has ever managed it (remaining in the edible limits ok?)

MUSIC. Such an awesome way to communicate! Good folk like Radical Face, Arcade Fire, Chris Garneau, Sufjan Stevens, Bon Iver... Some electronic music, especially PSYTRANCE, which I get easily addicted to on parties and festivals!

In love with quite a few kiwi bands : Fat Freddy's Drop, The Black Seeds, The Mamaku Project, Fly My Pretties... Mostly dub/reggae/kind of jazzy.

One of my favourite songs :

You have to discover Heymoonshaker, these guys are awesome!
Check it out :

Some french stuff as well : High Tone, Zenzile (great album in common : Zentone), La Rue Ketanou, Debout sur le Zinc, Noir Désir, Chinese Man, Eiffel, Fabergo, les Sales Fées...
On top of all, there might still be Radiohead. And I enjoy lots of world music : Omar Pene, Kusturica, Bregovic, Dead Can Dance.
The six things I could never do without
Let's take the word "thing" in its most general meaning :
KIWIS (humans, fruits, birds)
Mountains and outdoors in general
Massage wax or oil
New Zealand
Red Wine

And as I don't like this "six things" thing, here's more :
Juggling balls
A book... well... many books
Chestnut cream
Love, flowers, peace, harmony, good sex, cuddling and all this hippie shit I'm keen on!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Where in the world I could go next

Where in the world I should stay
On a typical Friday night I am
There's no such thing as a typical friday night. But a good glass of red wine with good bread and cheese, and one more glass, or maybe a few more, a walk alone or with friends, a "bivouac" high up in the mountains, a psytrance party, or a cuddling evening with the girlfriend I don't have, all that sounds good to me!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Might be in love with you already
You should message me if
you're crazy enough to stand a guy who does toothbrush spinning on a regular basis!
