I'm super active and love to play and watch sports, but I'll admit that I like candles, girly body lotions, flowers, surprises, and being treated to a nice dinner. I am equally comfortable in a tool belt, fancy attire, sports gear, or horrific costumes. I can use a sewing machine, a chainsaw, a skill saw, and a skillet, and I can dance comfortably in 3" heels. I am the type of person who is always looking for opportunities to be with and help people. I love to try new things and laugh at myself easily and often. I am extremely independent, but secretly want someone to take care of me. I love to laugh and joke, but will cry during sad movies.

The type of people I’d most like to spend time with would share some of my interests, but challenge me to explore new things. They would be active and enjoy the outdoors and value friends, family, and honesty. My dog is my sidekick so if you don't like dogs, you should probably move on. And the absolute most important thing is to have fun and laugh often.

Research on the links between environmental change and public health, hoping to get a faculty position at some point. And having tons of fun so I never look back on my life and think that I didn't do the most with it.
