I'm a serious guy, but with a sense of humor who likes to have fun. I've reached the stage of life where my kids are grown, I've cut back on my work hours, I'd like to travel and enjoy life more. I'm a pretty content guy. The only big thing that's missing from my life right now is that most important thing of all: someone special to love, who will love me back. Someone who's fun and interesting, who loves to try new things and find out what's around the next curve in the road, but who can be serious about their lover. Must be affectionate. I value honesty and loyalty above all else, but you can get lots of bonus points for good back rubs or good cooking :-)

My full-time career was sales and financial consulting. I've reduced my work schedule greatly, teaching part-time and investing. My kids are grown and I'd like to spend more time traveling and enjoying life.

Check out the photo of me carving a turkey! I do like to cook, but not for myself. (That's no fun!) I'm a good photographer when I have an inspiring subject. And I'm especially good at taking vacations, relaxing on the beach, giving back/body massages......

I read everything from history, archeology, and science, to religion, travel, and (of course) investing. Favorite music is Motown and 80's rock. TV: American Idol, First 48, Cops, and just about anything on the Discovery or Science channels. Food: Italian, Japanese, Mediterranean, Chinese, and we cook together.
