My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I not your typical or average guy. I can be, but that just isn't who I am. That doesn't mean there is some super secret mystery to me, or some hidden secret, I'm for the most part an open book. However, I have views and beliefs that are important to me that aren't "mainstream". I like it that way, it works. However, I have no kids, no ex wives and no jail time in my record. I will not allude to what is different about me in this box, it isn't the place for it.

Oh by the way, I live my life so I will never be contained by a box filled with words. That's how I'm happy living my life and if you've never tried it I suggest you give it a shot. Regardless, if you really want to know about me, talk to me.

I've traveled the world, or at least to more than one continent in it. I've had near death experiences, some unexplainable situations that I've gotten through, past, and over. I have a live and let live philosophy, but I'm no chump. Friends are very dear to me so I have few of them.

I am a poet, a lover, alive, a romantic, a breath of fresh air, not what your going to expect. I strive to live my life with out stepping on others to get what I want. This leaves me very selective to who I spend time with. I have an open mind, and a full heart. I'm a lover of music, it moves and defines me, and some times my mood. I am an artist in a form, my life is my canvas, my instrument, my brush. The people in my life and my experiences are my muse. Life's lessons are meant to teach us, not bind us. I have a fairly carefree outlook on a lot of things. I'm looking for a partner in this expression, someone willing to let me express not only to them but through them. I am very much so looking for a relationship. A meaningful and fulfilling relationship with a female. I believe that a relationship like this develops from friendship. I have a lot of notions of what that means and would like to find someone that shares my interest in what a relationship means. Friendship is my priority right now because relationships make themselves.

What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Running my business, and working another job, being myself, collecting memories and living. Wondering what is wrong with Medford. I've recently started gardening and I'm really enjoying it. Looking for people who can share tips on all aspects of the craft.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being myself and not being a jerk about it. Caring about and for people, everyone I know complains that I'm too compassionate. Lately I've been told I'm too idealistic. I believe in the truth, and living the truth, no lies. Making witty jokes, being a good friend and supporter. Holding intellectual and involving conversation. Shooting, and wilderness survival. Being a good student and teacher. But, I'm good at whatever I put my mind to.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Either my energy, my eyes, my height, maybe my name or how I speak. I get a lot of comments on how I speak... I find this silly. Since when did speaking well become a complement worthy trait?

I love movies, I like too many to list here.

T.V. : I don't own a television, I keep up with some shows I like though. The Venture Brothers, Firefly, The Boondocks, Bleach (manga and anime), Naruto (more the manga than the anime), Dr. Who. I'm a fan of the Discovery, and History Channels.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Spirituality, Hope, music, something to write on, martial arts, creation.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What happened to all the real people?

"We are all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we
find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love."
— Dr. Seuss

The truly creative mind in any field is no more than this: A human creature born abnormally, inhumanely sensitive. To them... a touch is a blow, a sound is a noise, a misfortune is a tragedy, a joy is an ecstasy, a friend is a lover, a lover is a god, and failure is death.
Add to this cruelly delicate organism the overpowering necessity to create, create, create -- so that without the creating of music or poetry or books or buildings or something of meaning, their very breath is cut off...
They must create, must pour out creation. By some strange, unknown, inward urgency they are not really alive unless they are creating.
— Pearl Buck

How much it sucks to be/feel intellectually and physically alone. Physics, no joke here, specifically quantum physics. String theory is pretty damned interesting, and it has nothing to do with underwear, or maybe... it might heh (a random physics joke, I'm not sure how I feel about this). Love and all its splendor. Why a pine tree is called a pine, who named hot, hot, who named cold, cold? What lead them to calling it that to begin with? Otherkin, and therians, witchcraft, and shamanism. Martial arts, things I wish I was doing but aren't, people I wish I knew, but don't, and how to meet more people. Why other people have a hard time being themselves. Zombies and Ninjutsu, Wing Chun Kung Fu, firearms and how to build a better stage 5 zombie shelter than the one in the survival guide. Poetry, and various manners of self expression. Why do people put so many stigmas on life? So many ways to be medicated, diagnosed, labeled, so silly.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Spending time with my friends, reading, playing a game, practicing martial arts, absorbed in some soul moving music, dancing, cooking, looking for new friends, or interests, surfing the internet, teaching someone martial arts. Or running myself ragged with working.

Update May 23rd, 2013:- I've started gardening so you might find me there.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a nerd. I'm a table top and live action role player. I build a mean magic deck. I think everything in life worth having is worth being fought for. I think the more worth it something is, the more work has to go into getting and appreciating it. I feel like I was born in the wrong era. I like swings, and go to the park to swing when feeling down. I own a beanie baby, a fox named Sly. You want some more you should probably talk to me. I used to have a tongue ring. If you want to talk to me, I would advise not being diametrically opposed to firearms... just saying.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 22–35
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You think I'm interesting or want a new friend or just someone hang out with and talk with about random crap, or interesting things. But bring a good mind and make sure you keep it open. Your looking for an activity partner in a vertical capacity.

I don't like dealing with fake people, or perpetually fearful people or people who don't know themselves. I've done it enough in my life, I'd like to move forward. You know that initiative is something for everyone not just the government.

Or you think you can handle me lol. I'm open to talking with anyone, just send me a message.

Update April 18th, 2013:- You have the time to actually get to know another person.

Update may 23rd, 2013:- You have gardening tips you can share with me.
