Choke & Fightclub by Chuck Palahniuk, all of Palahniuks books have the same feel. Even though he spews these out fast as thunder you only need to read one to get what he's trying to say. Anyone will do, survivor, diary, lullaby, choke, invisible monsters. Hes like Vonnegut except he trys to shock you with some socially embarassing stigma.

The Stand by Stephen King, one of the few of his ridiculous aresenal of books that I read. I thought it was pretty good. Tom Cullen is the only character I could think of that Akinator couldn't guess right away. M-O-O-N that spells Tom Cullen.

The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao by Junot Díaz, follows the 'curse' of a dominican family as they are oppresed by the dictator Trujillo and focuses on a nerd who has no sense of perspective about suffering.

The Devil in the White City by Erik Larson, a true history book detailing the World's Fair in Chicago at the turn of the 20th century and the serial killer who used the fair to lure victims into his castle of death. Thought of as the first American serial killer. This book is pretty great.

Life of Pi by Yann Marte, about an indian boy who spends 227 days lost at sea with a tiger. Very interesting book, I wish it was a true story.

Fox in Socks by Dr. Seuss, my tounge isn't quick or slick sir, I can't say such silly shit sir.
