My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
When I saw Little Shop of Horrors I always thought Audrey II was a good wingman, and was kinda hoping things would some how work out for it (well up until it tried to eat Audrey, that's crossing the line).

I root for the anti hero. I see the glass as 1/2 empty, but think we have the wrong kind of glass. My favorite quote is "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt."

Not really looking for anything casual. Looking to go out on my days off and hopefully have it develop into a relationship.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Currently I am attending culinary school, and starting my externship to further myself on my path to world domination. The rest of my days are squandered keeping myself amused.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Games, problem solving, and guessing the ending to things (yeah I saw that coming).

Also I'm an astounding cook, an above average writer, excellent at smoothing over a situation, and highly intuitive. I get when someone is giving the time to leave signal which I have found invaluable in life.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Well when they are looking up at me I assume its my piercing blue eyes or maybe my wry grin.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books - The Count of Monte Cristo (though I disliked the Three Musketeers), Drunk Tank Pink, Stranger in a Strange Land, and too many others to count (I'm a voracious reader).

Movies - Starship Troopers, Old Boy (the original), Wet Hot American Summer, and Amélie. I really liked True Grit as well. I'm a fan of old Kung fu movies and could watch pretty much any of them.

Shows - Top Chef, Breaking Bad, Archer, News Radio, Arrested Development, Firefly, The Walking Dead, Party Down, The Daily Show, and The Colbert Report (It's pronounced repore!).

Music - Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots is my favorite album but that might just be because of my life at the time it came out, but I do like the Flaming Lips. To be honest I don't have strong preferences when it comes to music. When driving I listen to NPR most of the time.

Food: I like most genres of food with the exception of Indian food (though I have had some curries recently I thought were alright and who can hate Naan bread). I try to be adventurous every week as far as what I cook at home. As far as foods in general I like light heat so flavorful peppers over burn-your-mouth hot. Basil is my favorite herb and I love to cook with it. Beef, pork, chicken, fish in that order.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Books, red meat, sunscreen, comfortable shoes, silence, and air conditioning for as long as I live in Texas. I do like my creature comforts.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Interactions and the way people think. I feel like I'm always learning more in unexpected places and having to reevaluate what I thought I knew. Also magnets how do they work?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging out with a small group of people in a quiet place, working, or cooking for company.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I bought my dog a shirt and I have her wear it from time to time... but only for medical reasons.

You know a place with a good happy hour menu as I always like to try new things or if you think our sense of humor would match. I'm only interested in people who actually want to meet though so please keep that in mind.
