Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Children grown, happy and successful; a career that I love; still
singing well with people I truly love; I have it all...almost.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a TV Producer creating commercials and training/marketing video
full-time. My hobby is music; lead vocals in all styles
(literally)...I love it! I'm restoring my late father's classic
Chevy truck and an old motorcycle. I have a great relationship with
my two grown daughters (no drama whatsoever...they're really
down-to-earth, well-adjusted people) and, I have really wonderful,
loyal, awesome people in my life.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Music! Singing to be exact, though I do play guitar and keys...but
not nearly as well as the vocal thing. I can be entertaining with
the one-liners, too. And, I'm told I'm "a good
listener"...apparently that's not a common thing for a guy. Cool!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My appearance does not match my actual age. Genetics; thanks, Mom!
Also, I have a voice that's kind of "deep"; thanks, Dad!

Books; all James Clavell (great dialogue). Movies; Farrelly
brothers ("Dumb and Dumber", "Me, myself and Irene") and the Cohen
brothers ("O Brother, Where Art Thou?"), "Spanglish", "Love,
Actually", "Pride and Prejudice"...yeah, I'm a sucker for a decent
'chick-flick'. Shows; I'd like to see more live theater. I was
fortunate a few years back to sing the title role in a big-budget
production of "Jesus Christ Superstar"; a real "bucket list" item
for me!! Music; classic rock (Foreigner, Journey, Beatles, Bad
Company, etc), country (Keith Urban, Marty Robbins, Ray Price,
Radney Foster), big band (Sinatra, Buble'). Food; it doesn't really
"drive me." Sure, I enjoy a good meal with a nice wine. But, I
really just work meals into the flow to fuel the other things I
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Gee...uhhh...coffee (not because I have to have it...but because I
really like it!), an acoustic guitar nearby (an addiction, I
suppose), an mp3 player with my favorites on it, and the love of my
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Apparently, I don't obsess to that degree; I can't come up with
anything for this one.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Seeing live music, traveling to D-FW to visit or relaxing with a
good movie and licking my "wounds" from the week...lol!

You should message me if...you're content in your current
circumstance, but would like to get to know someone whose life is
completely devoid of drama. I'm happy and content...but there's
certainly room for "happier." I'm not a big partier per se (I don't
frequent bars unless there is an interesting musical thing
happening) and I'm Christian. So, I'm hoping to find someone who
"gets" that combination. I'm definitely right-of-center in my
philosophical beliefs, but my personal political views are not my
