My self-summary
I'm looking to expand all aspects of my life and would love to meet anyone like minded who knows how to survive and always places their best foot forward. I get along best with people who can make me laugh. The thing that always gets my goat is if you can make me laugh, especially until I cry, you have then got yourself a whole lot of points. It sounds trite but not many people can make me laugh for real. Also anyone who is up to being active with their free time, because I'm always up for adventures. Life is too short to be sitting in front of a tv or computer screen all day.

Three things I really can't handle are homophobia, really poor grammar and poor taste in underwear. I find it unlikely that I'll ever change my mind.

I'm great at sarcasm, sweetness, baking, dancing like a loon, finding the coolest things to do on the weekends and filling my brain with an endless capacity for useless information.

Kids and cats are generally fond of me, and I am generally fond of kids and cats.
What I’m doing with my life
Starting to really know San Francisco well due to working there, partaking in retail therapy and trying to work on some of my shortcomings.
I’m really good at
Listening, giving constructive criticism, thinking outside the box.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm short and blonde and usually wear a lot of girly gear such as flowers in my hair, jewelry, skirts and either high heels or boots. I can be quiet when we first meet but if I like you that will quickly change.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I have been into memoirs recently and really enjoyed both Cupcake Brown's memoir and many of Augusten Burroughs pieces of work. I found it interesting to read the entire novel of Stephen King's IT once when I was 15 and again at 30. That book is more than 1000 pages and reading it as an adult was so much more fulfilling and quite a bit easier.

I like a very wide variety of music ranging everywhere. I listen to(and spin for fun) happy hardcore, and also listen to trance, alternative, rock, indie, pop, dance electronica, and showtunes. To name some favorite bands: Imagine Dragons, Foster The People, Lifehouse, The Calling, Marilyn Manson, Smashing Pumpkins.

I have some guilty pleasure shows, but the one good show I really love is a series now over, a treasure called "Queer As Folk". I will admit, I did also fall in love with the first season of "The Anna Nicole Smith Show".

For movies, I have three favorite directors: John Waters, Quentin Tarantino and Darren Aronofsky. I'm also a big sucker for old Disney movies and Pixar films. Old for Disney (for me anyway) is really anything before the year 2000. There are a couple of exceptions here and there.

I love Japanese and Indian food but I am partial to just about anything else.
The six things I could never do without
Let's see.

In no particular order:

1. The internet
2. Good company
3. Good wine
4. Disneyland/DisneyWorld
5. My car
6. My sense of touch
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What adventure I will go on next and if I should just let it come naturally or seek it out.
On a typical Friday night I am
Seeing a show, going to a bar, having a ladies' night, seeing an old friend, the possibilities are endless.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Even though I broke away from Catholicism long ago, I still sometimes suffer from what is known as "catholic guilt".
I’m looking for
  • Guys who like girls
  • Ages 28–38
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
You are a fan of Disneyland/DisneyWorld/any other Disney resort under the sun. I have a healthy obsession with it, and it could only help you if you at least like it. You don't have to be at my level with it, just at least be able to humor me and know the difference between a Disney character and a Dreamworks or Warner Bros. character. Please don't go do Disneyland with me and ask where Shrek is, for I will walk away from you promptly.

You are self-assured, independent and you become ill thinking of clingy behavior, and your humor is a bit twisted.
