Follow your bliss, that is some advice from Joseph Campbell that I consciously try to weave into my life. I love to read and usually have a couple of books on the go at the same time. I also love good movies, and even some crappy ones :) I'm a voracious consumer of both intellectual and experiential pursuits, and am as likely to be at a book club, as I am at burning man (although I have not been yet), or a new restaurant/bar in town.

Arrested Development is probably one of the best shows ever and I have watched it more times than is healthy. Also love BSG, Family Guy, Curb, The Office (both). I'm a huge movie fan as well favorites include but are not limited to, Man On Wire, Ikuru by Kurasawa, The Lives Of Others, Juno, Be Kind Rewind, Kill Bill, True Romance, Reservoir Dogs (amazing soundtrack), Withnail & I, Layer Cake, Lock Stock and two smoking barrels (amazing soundtrack), any of the Wes Anderson flicks, Rushmore, and the Royal Tennenbaums right up there as my favs. And books, love a Prayer for Owen Meany, The Dice Man, Hi Fidelity (any Nick Hornby book), any Shakespeare (seriously, he's good), anything by Vonnegut, same thing goes for Hunter S. Thompson. Anything by Joseph Campbell, currently reading Hero with a Thousand Faces
