My self-summary
I'm a real nice guy, a good kisser, and an awkward first date.

Another hot blooded warrior set upon this earth, blessed with opportunity and gumption. I am a great dance partner on a bar floor or across a length of time. I'm good. If you're good too I'll be good to you.
What I’m doing with my life
Loving it! I'm pretty easy going. My work keeps me comfortable but it's not something I'm super passionate about.

Being the only straight guy in a house full of drag queens is proving to be quite an adventure.

I ride my bike everywhere and curse the street parking that my beat up 2000 Ford Focus stays on. The car mostly gets used for excursions to visit friends in other places.
I’m really good at
being goofy and starting political arguments.

Having a good time is my greatest talent. Wouldn't consider myself being bad at showing someone else one either. A large part of this includes being a gentleman and reading a que. I can take a hint and act on it.
The first things people usually notice about me
It might be my beard, might be my eyes, sometimes I hope it's the lengths to which I'll let someone talk without saying much.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I'm reading the Song of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones) series right now. R.R. Martin is mean mean man. I also read the news every day from multiple sources.

TV: Louie & most anything HBO has ever put out.

I've gotta say I'm not a huge fan of Superbad, the Hangover, Observe and Report, Will Ferrel, Seth Rogan, or that whole genre of comedy that's become so popular. Though greats like Bill Murray and Mel Brooks are still with us comedy lost a one of the best in Richard Pryor. Other than that I'll watch some drama, campy horror, or shameless tearjerkers any day.

Music: Brian Eno, Iggy Pop, David Bowie, DEVO, Neutral Milk Hotel, the New Pornographers, the Tams, Sam Cook, Etta James, Judas Priest, Thin Lizzie, M83, Fourtet, Fleet Foxes, this could go on and on..

Food: all of it
The six things I could never do without
would be my bike, a good book, a hat, sweaters, my family, and my friends.

This list really only needs two entries: family and friends. Those two would be enough. Dayenu.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
all of the crazy shit that is happening all over the place all the time. Why do people do all of these awful things to each other?
On a typical Friday night I am
watching a movie with the roomies, at the bar with friends, or looking at pictures of cats on the internet by myself.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
My cat chose me, I sure didn't choose her.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 24–33
  • Near me
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
You should message me if you like to have fun. I count myself incredibly lucky to be living the life I live. My friends are amazing. My family is solid and I couldn't wish for better. I'm looking to meet up with women who know what's up, are rad, and are already happy and self sufficient. A smile to kiss. Love the love if you want to see me!

This site is great at filtering out people you would not get along with. Writing back and forth can give us a pretty good sense of who we are but it's no substitute for an actual conversation. So if you're looking to meet new people, let's get together!

A pretty face is a must.
