I like walking around Seattle, but I hate parking downtown.
I like crazy adventures, but they have to be carefully
planned.
I like cold pillows and warm scarves.
I like going to Safeco... to root against the Mariners.
I like the Pacific Northwest. It's truly amazing.
I like cooking dinner.
I love commas. And parentheses. I have strong urges to use
semi-colons, but I'm never quite sure if it's the right situation.
Pretty much just trying to enjoy it.
Living in the post-college-grad glow. Cycling. Reading. Listening
to music. Enjoying the baseball season. Playing tennis and trying
to get better. Dreaming up adventures. I want to climb a mountain.
Grocery shopping. I love it. It's people-watching, food, and math
all mixed into one. I spend way too much time shopping for
groceries.
I think too much.
Animal Farm, Guns Germs and Steel, Catcher in the Rye, A Tale of
Two Cities, Crime & Punishment. Hey, it's like my high school
reading list! I like reading historical-non-fiction-maritime
novels, but I try to mix it up with classics and stuff outside my
traditional box.
Movies? Don't get me started... some random favorites are: Annie
Hall, Best in Show, Jaws, Jurassic Park, Moulin Rouge.
Music isn't my life, but it's up there.
The Beatles... Sufjan, Beck, Tom
Petty,
Ray
LaMontagne, Eels, the New Pornographers, the Shins... I'm more
chill than anything, but I'm a sucker for good pop. I love most
kinds of music and I'm an indie kid on the inside, I'm just stuck
in a suit not tight jeans and a white belt. This covers the basics
of my musical taste: http://www.last.fm/user/apollocreed/
My food loves are Italian and Chinese. One is in my blood the other
is simply delicious. And guacamole. Guacamole with those "soy and
flaxseed" chips from Trader Joe's. Also, Tim's Jalapeno chips. With
nothing but a cool beverage to wash them down and chill my mouth
fire. Those things are addictive.
Music. My friends. The
internet.
Baseball. Wikipedia. Hmm, that's five.
My parents. Two for one!
The future. Whether I'm doing the right thing. What's for dinner.
Either being dragged out somewhere and reluctantly having fun, or
hanging out inside with friends and forcing them to reluctantly
have fun.
I love cooking. Something about setting up all the ingredients on
the counter. It's magical.
You make good guacamole (and are willing to share).
You like wine and aren't too snobby about it (but a little snobby
is ok).
Or if you like commas.
