My name is Alex. I am a science lover and enthusiast. I'm super laid back and outgoing. I thrive in new experiences. I was a human nutrition foods and exercise major so I am extremely passionate about healthy living ie working out and eating nutrient dense foods.

Working as a phlebotomist in hospitals around the area. Yup, I'm a vampire. Trying to save money for grad school, as I'm working towards my ultimate goal of being a physicians assistant. I'm trying to move out west eventually so I'm trying to figure out that shit. I also work as a nanny in the area part-time.

I'm fucking tall. 6' to be exact. Usually I get the comment "Damn you're tall!" or " Do you play basketball and/or volleyball?!" Real original. Anywho, not a big deal you get used to it. Other than the height thing usually people notice my smile. I'm really carefree and always have a smile on my face.

Music trumps all. I love going to shows and seeing all my favorite music live. Keeps me rejuvenated. Love jam bands and electronic jams. Lotus, sts9, boombox, thievery corp, ratatat, emancipator, conspirator, railroad earth, umphrees, gramatic, glitch mob, pretty lights, etc. Festivals have always been my favorite summer time activity. If you don't enjoy music, we are gonna have a bad time. Love nonfiction works of Dawkins..I'm reading The Magic of Reality right now. The Other Brain is another favorite book of mine. Workaholics, 30 rock, and Louie are some of my favorite shows. Oh and breaking bad. Bitch! LOTR. And yeahhh..

Water (durr), food, iPod, herbal refreshments, new knowledge, AND I'm not sure. There has gotta be something else. Fuck it. Those are the 5 things I could never live without.
