My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I feel getting to know someone who isn't right for me is not a waste of time. Exchanging laughs, and perspectives is fun. Think of it, in what other time in history have people been able to be this intimate with potential friends and suitors in this virtual capacity? It's science fiction dewd! This is good stuff!
[Edit] Okay sure, getting to know someone that I'm not a match with isn't a waste of time. But, I'm getting burned out on those types of meetings. . . I want sparks! Talking until the sun comes up! An amazing first kiss! Where are you sparky, talky, kissy person!?

However, I also feel some people want to get right down to it, so here it is in a nut shell.
By far, mannerisms, humor, intelligence, and an easy going attitude are the biggest factors that determine chemistry between me and another person. The next layer on top of that, which increases an undeniable attraction, is a big tall seasoned gamer. If you only own a Wii, "your princess is in another castle."
The reason I seek a gaming partner so much, is the mutual exploration, discovery and surprise right from the comfort of home. Rain or shine, any season, any age, people can connect in a fantasy world. It's a very rich way to bond with a partner.
However, I'm open to all sorts of lifestyles. It just needs to include elements of adventure.

I like reading sci-fi and fantasy, playing video games, photography, road trips, movies, Disneyland, Vegas, a pint with friends, healthy cooking, walks, animals (I've been called Ms. Doolittle many times), finding hot springs, jacuzzis and painting.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working and playing - I'm an Admin by day and all sorts of things by night.

Appreciating the little things - Socks fresh out of the dryer, the cream layer on top of Brown Cow yogurt, and petting puppies.

Branching out - I am trying new things, and meeting new people. I even like watching Hockey now!

Exercising - I love the look and feel of my plus sized body. I don't like having less energy or having to wear a cpap while I sleep though. I'm not diabetic, I have great blood pressure and chlorestorol levels. I just want more stamina. So, I'm making small changes here and there to lose until I'm as healthy as I was in college.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Helping people - Organizing your closet, painting that spare bedroom, and being emotional support for that project you just can't seem to finish. I'm your guy! Er, girl. PERSON.

Cooking - My specialties are breakfast, steaks, stir frys, Mexican, and Alfredo.

Making people feel good - I tend to tell those few close to me how much I enjoy them and how great they are. And I like going out of my way to do something nice.

Animals - Seriously. If it's alive, and not an insect, lizard, or snake, I love it and it becomes my friend.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
A dude would probably say my cleavage.
A new friend or co-worker would probably say how kind I am to everyone.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
My favorites are Thai (Thai Tom's), Mediterranean (Mediterranean Kitchen), Civeche, Steak (John Howie & Jak's Grill), Mexican (Pasion Tequila), gourmet burgers (Lunchbox Laboratory), Southern (Carolina Smoke and Kingfish Cafe) and amazing breakfast spots (Maltby Cafe, Beths, Brown Bag).

I don't watch t.v. but sometimes I make time for Game of Thrones, Almost Human, Doctor Who, Cosmos, and other sci-fi stuff.

Love love sci-fi and fantasy. I'm usually reading 2-5 books at a time. I'm sorta fickle with my tastes on any given night.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I don't think anything. Honestly, I secretly wish for a zombie apocalypse so we all have to start from nothing.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I also think about Carl Sagan stuff and future vacations. And recently about okcupid. We check all these boxes and rate people. It's just weird.
And I think a lot about getting a puppy. Sadly, it's not the right time.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Cooking, reading, going to the movies, walking, hopefully gaming with friends, or playing with animals.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I watch porn. All kinds. OK, not ALL kinds. But still.
