My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I moved back to South Florida about two and a half years ago now after being away for several years. I am looking to meet someone who is happy with their life and is looking for a special woman that is going to be their best friend, lover & confidant (me). I like men who are smart and witty. Sarcasm can be good on the right person as well. Also looking to meet new friends. We would all be lost without good friends.

I believe one person can make a difference. I believe there is always a silver lining. I am an outgoing person and am always willing to try something new. I dont have preconceived notions about people, everyone is unique.

I enjoy new ideas and novel experiences. I am flexible and open to adventure. I love to travel. I have beeen to almost every state in the US, to all the National Parks, a few islands, Mexico, Canada and a few countries in Europe and one in the Middle East. I also love to jump in the car and go for a weekend trip, windows down, music blaring and the wind blowing in my hair.

In general I am a big thinker. I tend to synthesize material easily and to think in webs of factors, not straight lines. I am also imaginative and enjoy theorizing. I like to have serious discussions but I am quite light hearted as well and love to laugh and kid around. I amuse myself constantly and can be quite silly. I love seeing what kind of trouble I can get myself into without involving flashing lights.

I am caring, a smarty pants, and a good listener. I'm not much for small talk. I can do it. I'm a professional people person, I'm an event planner, but I rather talk about real things whether those things make you laugh till you cry or really make you think. Oh and one more thing I speak my mind but don't speak out of turn and definately have good manors.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am meditating every day, just restarted practicing yoga after a few years break, spending tim with loved ones, thinking about my future, catching up on my reading and trying to get to see as much music as possible.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making people feel relaxed and making people laugh.

I love to read, always have. I started reading when I was three years old. Some of my favorites since then have been The Great Gatsby, Still Life with Woodpecker, On the Road and Little Women.

I love jambands, alternative, rock, adult alternative music? (still not sure what that means but my music keeps getting that label lately),classic rock, jazz, funk,(Ben Harper, John Mayer, DMB, Rolling Stones, The Avett Brothers, Bruce Springsteen, R.E.M., Miles Davis, The Beatles, Coldplay, Pearl Jam, Paolo Nutini, Queen, Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald etc.) going to see concerts, festivals, or local bands.

As far as movies go Dune, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, Out of Africa, Godfather I & II, Wild At Heart, Mulholland Drive, Garden State, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Vertigo, Memento, The Family Stone, The English Patient, August Rush & Juno are just some of of my favorites.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1- Music
2- Love
3- Water, Air, Food ( the obvious )
4- As hard as it is to admit, an internet connection
5- Vacations
6- Insulin
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Why people feel the need to lie in their profile or on a first date when you are just going to find out the truth anyway.

As well as, why aren't there any healthy organic fast food restaurants in Florida?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out with friends ... yet nothing is really typical in my world
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am addicted to Coca-Cola slurpees from 7-11 despite my usual healthy ways. Also I manage to collect actual book copies of the Great Gatsby and Siddartha but I never hold on to them for too long, I like other people to read my favorite books too.
